Arleccino can't heals by regular character healer when she still has BoL on her Hp bar.. Maybe Sigwine are the first healer who can clearing the Bound of Life. And then heals with her E just like arleccino Q
She Can be Heal But Her BoL decreased And Gone, She Can be Heal With any Healer, Just When You Heal Her look at Her BoL stack At Her HP if The BoL Decreased She can be Heal

it's not about bol, she cant be healed in combat no matter if she has bol or not, outside combat healing will decrease bol to 0 then heal.
