Here is one from later summer. It was supposed to be part of tempeh tations, but it is more of a stand alone.
I love finding odd ingredients during my travels around town. I hope you like this one. Spicy Peanut sauce.

The dish looks interesting, but I am not big on peanuts or any kind of peanut sauce. The Bob Dylan routine was cool.👍
