I can totally relate to your story. We had to move house too, because of really sound sensitive kili poya ammachi neighbours. They complain to the agency, and threatened to go to council. Avasanam we moved house to a place where it was okay to make noise cause everyone around us are noisy and have kids. But really those days were so stressful till we got a new house.
Does that bother u? If they want they can change their profession in the future. I too worked as an automobile engineer for 10+ years, now i work as a business consultant. So choosing a profession is one's choice, if u have the willpower switching a field is possible.
