I like how they skip all the beginning steps then go straight into the menu modes. You can't even do that unless you skip the wifi setup in the first place. Ridiculous

Ok y'all, I have a Vizio maybe 32-40 inch It's kinda old maybe 10 yrs my Grandma gave it to me so it has sentimental value to me. Anyhow I have the remote which says Vizio also has Netflix, Vudu, H News, Hulu, and Red Box buttons. But when I click any of those literally nothing happens. Also nothing happens when I press Menu, Back, Home, Watch Free 👈 have no idea what that is. I can't get these to work. When I press power and turn on the TV with the remote I never get anything on the TV about all these Netflix etc etc. Honestly I never noticed that this remote had Netflix etc, never seen anything Pop up on my TV. 👉👀 OK so those buttons on the back left side, well I guess they are connecting right so they are a pain. But I still managed to press the Menu button, then I scroll down with the remote to settings 🤔 I think, either way, I tried to do set up wizard well that set the channels. Then I said well let's do the Factory Reset 😂 🤷I don't have anything to lose. Y'ALL I PRESS THE RESET button 🙈🙊🤦 dude all it did was go straight back to the regular channel I was watching. 😂 Ummm 🤔 😂 wasn't it supposed to do a bunch of stuff 😂 Can someone please ADVISE. Vizio tv's are garbage. Bought a v505 for $400 and out of the box the video and audio were out of sync. The tv is now 6 months old and the audio keeps going out. You have to reboot the TV to get the audio back. Changing between apps, the tv shuts down and won't turn back on. You have to unplug and plug back in to turn on the TV. Called tech support and was told they don't have parts for a 6 month old TV. They will ship a USED TV in exchange for the original tv. But first you have to submit your credit card info so they can put a $400 hold (original tv price) on my credit card. If they receive your original tv damaged, your credit card will be charged. So basically spending $800 for a used tv. It will be your responsibility to recoup your money from the shipping company.

The tupid thing shows a different remote control. The remote does not even have a bottom for menue
