I feel like it HAS to be piltover. Maybe Bilgewater as a sort of booty bay? With a shared, cross-faction auction house? Could be cool. Anyway, this video got me even more excited for any news we hear soon :D
I definitely don’t think it’s a coincidence that it’s the first city we explore in Arcane. That place is filled to the brim with lore. Guaranteed the devs work their magic to make this the city everyone wants to hangout in ☺️ I’m super excited too
To me it is either gonna be Pilotover because it's a city of commerce and it has a ton of connection around runeterra But for me i think we can choose Our "Capital" or main hub on each region/Server to make it seem unique
That could be fun! Making cities a bit dynamic across servers is interesting. I feel like there has been a few MMOs that have had that theme. If they chose to do that, I hope they could perfect the system
Silk road online thief and merchan mission make you travel from point a to point b(western) and as a thief you can rob the caravan,it was fun old game...
@@Studeee south Korea it was fun game for it time,you can choose between eastern or western faction and travel there is 3 jobs thief merchant and hunter(mercenary hired to protect merchant during trading) trading required horses (low level) elephant and etc( high lvl) to carry you(merchant) and goods for me traveling is the best part
Piltover is what my guess is. The freljord has always been an interesting region, but the split of factions and location would be terrible for a capitol city.
how about Bundle city? they have a portal connected throughout runnetera right? or maybe piltovers the main city but you can choose bilgewater so you can sail to shadow isle!? Or you can find a yordle that'll help you go to bundle city to navigate the place where Hexgate couldnt reach like Freljord? for Ixtal maybe you'll have to travel either from shurima to ixtal or to piltover to ixtal.
Hey Cweeper! Bandle City almost made the cut and was originally in the first draft of the script as one of the “potential main cities” because of the possibility of having portals all over the world, but I gave it some thought and didn’t think it had enough high impact characters and lore. Like almost none. Agreed, Bandle city could be a cool place to portal to more interesting places, maybe the 7th Layer??? 🤔
Gosh, I feel like that would be so lame though. You have this huge world you want to explore, and the areas are barred off like an early access game. I hope they find another way to expand the game. I think it would be perfect if the 1st expansion was Camavor. Everyone taking boats in mass over to the new continent. Then they could expand into the Independent Lands, into Bandle City, the Spirit Realm as a whole, the Death Realm, etc.
@@Studeee They might even start with just Demacia vs Noxus as they're the main rivals on Valoran continent. Their first expansion could be into Freljord or Ionia. You don't want to throw too much at your players, but instead get them slowly into the universe. Rushing it could make it worse. First they build up Demacia and Noxus fully then each big expansion could bring new regions. This makes the most sense rather than doing sandbox mode. Community is starving for classical MMORPG's 2000s style but with the new look. It's been almost 15 years since we had any good MMORPG🤔🤔
I say there ll be no faction for our characters and i assume riot mmo wont be oldschool so i imagine the game not like wow but Wayfinder additionaly The MMO ll be crossplatform so imo there ll be no capital like u said
So you think players will choose to be spread out all over Runeterra? You don’t think they will naturally converge on a “meeting place?”. Developers didn’t tell players where to go. They didn’t say, “Orgrimmar is the capital city, go there”. They did it naturally and it became the capital. Of course the developers play a part in creating the atmosphere but there will for sure be a city that players choose to hangout in
1- I m actully saying, there ll be one mega server and countless channels for all regions. Not all players ll see eachother and communicate If all players ll be at same point. There ll not be a meeting place like wow. 2- Actually Depvelopers tell players to go Orgrimar. It is the main city all of transportion for Kalimdor, near ah and bank, etc. there are lots of reson for that if we talk about classic. But i imagine Riot MMO ll be much more easier and faster for everything. As i said I imagine Riot MMO's system ll be like Wayfinder or Genshin not like WoW @@Studeee

Love that idea. So people don't really meet up anywhere in Genshin? Where do they go to talk to other players and find groups?
