The point o review in the morning meeting the undecided-junk is Brillant. Love that and going to put in use right away.
Plus, the technique to focus on a specific area on the tool shadow board Vs. the whole board.
    Thanks for sharing

I love the idea of looking for improvements in small areas of the shadow board separately!

I'm still weaning myself off of shelves and drawers, but your 'ask what can be improved in a small area' demonstration was perfect, thanks again!

Focusing on a “smaller batch of stuff” makes it easier for the brain!

Awesome video Filipe! I had to chuckle about the granite, I thought some of our guys visited your place. :)
My one takeaway was the shadowed tool board and zooming in to only focus on one small part to look for an improvement. Thank you for sharing and the great ideas!

I like how you remove the shelf so you don't have the option to put anything on it.
I really like the 3S question mark.
So is 3S, done in this order:
    1. Sort - remove unnecessary items
    2. Set in order - find the best, most efficient place, label/mark the spot.
    3. Shine - Clean the area
    Awesome video! thanks

Hi John, indeed Sorting is the very first and very often forgotten step in 3Sing. Without it everything else will fail. After two years of doing LEAN we are still struggling to Sort effectively :D. Take care Filipe

Love the idea of focusing on small area only. That's a HUGE discovery you made!!! Think small and also look in small area.
When I look at my mug of tea I don't know how to improve. But when I look at the handle, I think I can make it easier to hold. Works instantly!

My favorite part was the question mark box at the morning meeting I will do that right now.

Hi Brad, thanks for your feedback! But the truth is that this video doesn't even come close to your "3Sing with a chainsaw" video :D
