Super helpful video Tanya quick question. I've tried watching stuff on incognito play lately after trying on 2 different 4k max sticks and whenever you play a video you just get a spinning wheel n occasionally tge sound starts playing eventually alone. Any ideas or us the app itself down? Been like this for at least a week!
I've noticed that Incognito is currently experiencing some issues on the Firestick. Users have reported that videos are not loading properly, although I've checked and everything seems okay. However, videos are taking longer than usual to load. After clicking play, you may have to wait up to a minute for the video to load. I've reported this to the developers and hopefully, this will be addressed soon.

I’ve I’ve got a 4Kmax hooked to an old non smart tv and works fine. I also have a fire tv from Amazon older tv with the older format and this will not install status always says starting not started switched db bugging on off just want install. Do you think there’s a issue for the older tv’s from Amazon?

Unfortunately I can't seem to get mouse toggle working on my new 2nd generation 4k max... When the mouse toggle app is open at the bottom of the page the status stays on starting. I have turned ADB Debugging off and on but no change. I did get a message also, when I installed, uninstalled and reinstalled saying that the app was for an older version of firestick... It's been a bit frustrating on some of my apps, how I cannot use them 😢

Great info but I can not get toggle on my Firestick 4k I think my problem is that the screen will not show Allow De Bugging on this computer which has the small box needs to be ticked and then press OK . This is not happening. The App has downloaded but I get stuck here which shows Starting and then gets stuck Any ideas to get Toggle working on my firestick

I had problem with mouse toggle not starting. This happened after I installed an Ethernet connection from Amazon and turned off wifi. Mouse toggle started to work only after I turned back on wifi but left firestick connected by cable. It stayed connected by cable and gave message that wifi only would work if I dudcknnected cable.

Hi! Tanya the bluetooth stand alone mouse works fantastic better than the firestick mouse toggle which was blocked because of the ABD problem now i can scroll down on some of the apps I could not before and click on to open inside of the app! Thanks for your help 👍🏻

When you come across the blue download buttons, you will also find the list of devices they are compatible with mentioned above each button. In your case, you will notice that the Fire TV Cube 2nd Gen requires the Fire TV HD version.

I’ve always had trouble with this app. But I thought I’d try with the new fire cube.. I had the same problem. Once I get to “starting” step I can go no further.. the remote doesn’t work at all, so I can’t do the ADB debugging step if it doesn’t turn to starting.. I can only exit.😢 anyone have a suggestion?

The issue is with the latest firestick version fire OS.8.1.0.1. My friend once updated to that system version now has the same issue so we need the developers to fix it for the latest firestick software

works on 4k but is trash. When you double click the play button on a virtual keyboard it presses enter. so you cant disable the mouse to us the keyboard normally. wtf where they thinking

There is no working mouse toggle yet for the 2nd-gen 4k Max. You'll need to use a Bluetooth mouse such as this: amzn.to/3Qt0WMI.

The mouse toggle indicator may look different depending on which app you have open, but its appearance should not affect its useability.
Mines is still suck on starting on my 4k max even after turning everything off then on again 😢

I do not have a 3rd Gen Fire Cube to test but I assume the 4K version will work.
works on 4k but is trash. When you double click the play button on a virtual keyboard it presses enter. so you cant disable the mouse to us the keyboard normally. wtf where they thinking
Mouse toggle should automatically deactivate after 15 seconds of inactivity.

Amazon did an update and now mouse toggle doesn’t work!!
Try uninstalling Mouse Toggle and then reinstalling it.

Sorry to say no success with this. Sticks on "Starting" nothing helps.
As far as I know, a software update "broke" ADB Debugging which has affected Mouse Toggle. I'm not sure if/when it will be fixed. In the interim, it's a good idea to check this out as an alternative: th-cam.com/video/iU7v41IFtug/w-d-xo.html.
