this is one of the most fascinating things I've ever seen in my life. I am legally blind, not totally. I have recently been fooling around inside the ease of access settings on windows 10. I've never really used much in the way of visual aids, but I really like my 2, 32" monitors. Problem is, I can't really see text at the far edges, and roughly theupper 3rd of the screens. I've been experimenting with narration. I ran across settings for using a braille monitor, and was intrigued by the concept, and I landed here, on this lovely lady's channel. This truly is one of the most remarkable inventions I've ever seen. Whoever it was that invented this wonderful device deserves the nobel prize, and a lifetime free ice cream certificate lol.

Some written material is better understood when read rather than listened too. Also, Braille displays can be used silently without speech when taking notes either on a computer or other devices.
