Have you ever changed the clutch on the top there how hard is it to do ?

No I have not had to repair the clutch yet. It doesn’t look to bad though.

My baler did the exact same thing and as I was putting back in my sledge is not going up and down now. What would you recommend

Make sure the valve is opened back up to allow the tailgate to open and close.
