Nice video. Congratulations on the house. I hope the worth does not go up like it did with my house. 3 Years ago, my house was worth $199k and my mortgage was $1,195. Now my house is worth $305k and the taxes has pushed my mortgage to $1,476. It's not really a big deal because I was paying $1,530 trying to pay it off early.
I just seen the comment. I remember watching the videos when you were searching for a house and when you bought it. The taxes part sucks but man i know it feels great seeing the value go up
