I am watering it carefully lifting the leaves but leaves lying on soil are rotting does that rotting spread all over the plant and destroy it,in nursery they placed plant like u placed it and i found after getting direct sunlight from one side some of their plants destroyed

Take off the rotting leaves. The infection might spread

Wow African Violets 😍😍. I used to crave for this plant once. And i think i do even now. I'm from Chennai recently moved to Bangalore for work purposes. Heard folks say it won't grow well in Chennai's insane weather. But will this grow well in Bangalore?
Also is this available in Lalbagh?

Yes it is available now in most roadside nurseries in Blore. It could grow indoors in Chennai better
