So basically Odin cast Thor out and took his powers to teach his humility. When he was willing to sacrafice himself to save his new friends he proved himself worthy and thus got his powers back.

ok so basically thor said he is 1,500 years old and killed twice as many enemies as that. and there is a scene with both thor and loki at the same age for children. meaning loki must too also be 1,500 years old. so odin kept that from him for way more than just 25 years or something
From the beginning Loki was raised being told that the Jotun were the monsters under the bed, the ‘beings’ that parents use to warn their children about if they misbehave. Not just Loki finding out that he’s adopted, but that he’s one of those very monsters that young Thor promised to ‘slay them all’, is a different kind of internal paradigm shift. You could say Loki was face with internal xenophobia of a sort. If Loki destroyed all the Jotun (like young Thor who saw that as a feat of heroism) maybe he could accept himself as an Asgardian? Maybe Odin and Friga could accept him as an Asgardian. As their son, a Prince of Asgard. Born to rule, rather than born to die on a frozen rock. It’s very interesting to do a deep dive into Loki’s characterization and motives during this movie.
I love Thor. The first three MCU movies play it really safe, doing a bunch of science fiction stuff, armored suits and radioactive monsters, stuff that is a bit more grounded. Then Thor comes out and is just like "Let's get weird! Gods are real! Interdimensional travel! Frost giants!" And it's the start of Marvel getting more creative. It doesn't fully embrace the weird until Guardians of the Galaxy, but this was still a turning point for Marvel in my opinion. Next up is Captain America: The First Avenger, which I would say is my favorite Phase One movie. Can't wait to see your reaction!
If you wanna know the true power of Odin in Marvel, in short he's like in the Top Ten of all Marvel, and with that power he's sleeps 1 day every year, the only time he is ever vulnerable As for Heimdall, he can see through all the realms.
I have to say, I really enjoy your journey. I loved movies my whole life but how marvel managed it to connect over 20 movies is another level. You have just scrached the surface and I am happy to follow you on your way. It is only getting better and better. Always waiting for your next marvel reaction. Greetings from germany 👍🏻

What Marvel did over the course of 11 years has never been done. The Avengers is an unprecedented achievement on top of all of it. I love watching new people become members of the congregation in the Church of Marvel!
So the way worlds work is like layered paper. The worlds exist as the same body, but they’re different realms stacked on top of and below earth, earth being Midgard, or “The Middle Earth.” Asgard is the home of Aesir (war gods), and is populated mostly by gods like Odin, Thor, Baldur, Tyr, etc. Vanaheim similarly, is home to Vanir (nature gods) like Frey, Freya, Njord, etc. Other realms include Jotunheim, home of the Jotun (giants); Nidavellir/Svartalfheim, home to svartalves or “dark elves,” (quite misleading because they’re dwarves); Alfheim, home to elves; Niflheim, the primordial realm of ice and mist from which all life originated; Muspelheim, the land of fire, brimstone, and the fire jotun; and finally Helheim, the land in which all dishonerable dead go to drift in darkness until Ragnarok happens and the nine realms are destroyed. Honerable dead go to either Valhalla, the training grounds managed by Odin, where they train until ragnarok, or Vanaheim, the training grounds managed by Freya. Edit: Also, Loki and Thor are not brothers; Thor’s the son of Odin and Frig, making him a full blood god, while Loki is the son of Laufey and Farbauti, making him (debatably, not much is know about Laufey) a full blooded jotun. I was never the biggest fan of the first two Thor movies. I get they needed to introduce a character that was so well loved in the comics, but the first two movies were not that great. liked Thor: Ragnarok, and Thor: Love and Thunder much more. The stories were more entertaining, and the writing was better comically.
This is missing from your MCU playlist, it wants to live after Ironman 2 but before Captain America. I do not think you will see this, but it would be so great if you picked the MCU back up and filled in the spots the channel hasn't hit, from Daredevil through She-hulk.
When are you watching record of ragnarok man? Fkin great af anime binged both seasons in a day and it's addictive af and 2nd season was lit (except for the outcome of heracles vs jack)
Has he done any updates about Naruto? I realize he's been busier and even slowing down some uploads. I'm not trying to pressure him but it would be easier to finish the series quickly.
Nah, I don't think so. Not since the last and those couple of videos on Sasuke. Probably because views started going down after the war arc and the Naruto vs. Sasuke fight was over. I think he was debating whether or not to even finish it (because Patreon people were in his ear about it not being worth it, if I remember right), but I thought since he started and was enjoying the Sasuke arc, he'd at least finish that. And maybe he did and I forgot (though I thought he was only _almost_ done and still had an episode left), but it's looking like he might not do the wedding ending thing. That's mostly just me extrapolating though. It wouldn't pull in the same views as all the other stuff and I don't know if he was planning to do Boruto.
It's very cool you're doing movies now! To be honest I can't stand most Marvel, but these videos will probably grow your channel even more so thats good. Just hope you can find some "movie" movies to react to too.
