You can still catch them, but it does get more difficult in winter! Last winter I couldn’t catch one at all, but I will definitely try this winter again!

Can you give me an exact spot for fishing because I am having trouble finding one.
This was lock 22 on C&O canal, but anywhere along the canal would probably work fine as long as there is carp around.
