Tock and some Outline Stencilling by Jo Rice
Hi everyone, Jo here, thanks for joining me again.
Today we are going to be having a play with a fabulous fun technique, outline Stencilling.
We will be using this as part of a panel card but it could also give a full background. We have so many stencils that will work well with this technique, I am using the Cobbles one today.
I am going to add the Tock stamp to embellish the design , with a couple of stickers and posca pen to add the finishing touches.
