I don't "hate" anyone ever Sarah. I like YOU very much and love the dogs. I am a former van lifer way back in the 90s YOU remind me of a lot of women on sites and at festivals. But we can never have a few minutes even with just YOU without your bloke there all the time. YOU'RE very smart how is it you don't drive ? Try this. Take the front and the side nearest the front of the van out of that shower box and make a triangular area with the shower tray and the drain in situ. Leave the shower spray where it is and put around a curtain rail. With the hooks on and to clip up a curtain when you need to shower. Then slot in half way down a table top which will be you know will be like a pizza slice shape and put a chair that neatly goes in under it. Put "fake" tiling to the walls in a bright colour and the table top a good solid wood that ISN'T melamine tacky teak but. solid wood. Can you get the picture ? That shower doesn't need to be four walls it is a real obstacle to that interior space stand back and really look at it. And HOW can you bear being inside a coffin like box with steam and no air ? Take two walls out the door one and the one nearest the front of the van. The shower base can remain square while the dual purpose area becomes triangular. With the curtain rail semicircular above and store the curtain away when the area is not a shower just clip it up to the rail when in use. Like I try to.explain making the area more open and like a pizza slice shape. I guess I would have to point you to a video whose van has this idea fitted it's brilliant. Never mind the toilet go as nature intended like I do when I am on my narrowboat which has two toilets but it is vile eating and sleeping where you do your business. Notice DOGS never toilet near where they eat and sleep. As for Nick he is one of those in your face people who doesn't see or hear himself and how he grates on a person's nerves. How do you breathe in that relationship and never get any just Sarah space ? Would drive me mad a partner like him. Does he have any male mates who he hangs out with and do you have any female ones ? These are observations not nastiness. You made yourselves public ok ? So these are observations. You were an interesting concept with the classic character van. This one has lost you. Do you have to explain every bit of wood and every job in boring detail ? So you are wrong and I do like you a lot Sarah but without the parrot on your shoulder ALL THE TIME ALWAYS THERE. Take care. x

You've done a great job in the van, love the bathroom and tables. Only improvement I would suggest on the main table is round off the corners both for yourselves and in case the doggies jump up and catch their eye on it. Well done 😊

Small piece of beading to make a lip on the end of your little table will stop things slipping off. Maybe your ceiling needs insulting to block the noise. You got a real bargain. Thanks for sharing your lives with us

The bathroom is fantastic!!
Great job! One suggestion: it’d be best if you’d drill a pattern of holes over the electrics you enclosed at the back door for ventilation. If the electrics get too hot, it begins to cause problems. Love the bathroom, table bench, folding stool and the swivel table. The fish fingers and veggies cook up great in an air fryer, mine is the size of a tall toaster with a pullout cup. ENJOY!!!

Really good job! especially the bathroom... I'd be inclined to paint the bathroom door with PVA glue, a nice easy job, will make it look nice and if the wood comes in to contact with the shower curtain/ be in a steamy environment - will lessen water ingress and the wood will last longer , we use PVA glue on home made bird boxes , keep up the good work, can't wait until its finished, enjoy your travels
Well done guys. The jobs you have done are great, the tables were a smart move. I did wonder when you first spoke about ripping the shower walls out and having a curtain all around, but the changes you have made instead look great.

It looks lovely I’m amazed how much you’ve done 👏👏👏 that thingy you have to undo to get to electrics btw is called a ‘wing nut.’ My daughter was called that (by others not me) before she grew hair as a baby, which is how I found out what it was they referred to..! A wing nut! The bathroom looks enormous you’ve done great! 😊

Hi. Love what you have done with the van. Just a idea for you cloth hanging. Use a extended curtain rod with cup hooks so the rod can sit into from one side of the van to the other. And use cloth hangers to hang your clothes with this idea you can hang more clothes for drying. Hope this helps. Have fun traveling. Sending love and hugs ❤

Very clever idea. If there is enough room in the cabin, you could put the rod there when your standing still, not driving. Then the clothes won’t be in the way.

You have three tables and Nick still plonks his laptop on top of one table which is perched on top of cushions, your two do make me laugh 😂. I love what you have done with the van and the tables are genius including the cushion table 😂. That storm was crazy but very relaxing.
