Talk about a small world with chance meetings, seeing you with Alan reminded me. After several years of emails to a UK male friend he moved to Romania. I went to Romania for a holiday and went to a Macdonald's in Bucharest. Joined a queue to place and order. The man in front of me happened to turn his head and immediately I recognised him as my friend.

Gorgeous scenery!! Your outfit, sarah, to stay warm is practical. Interesting to see the day to day of what you fix for meals. Left overs are a good way to use up food as well as a being a little simpilar meal. We tend to fix the same vegan meals over and over to make shopping and all the rest just easier and to simplify life. The light for filming in the dark sounds wonderful for you!! Then them asking if wanting to visit the UK in mid-winter if you've had a history of mental illness!!!! lol Joking aside, Britain can look beautiful mid-winter if viewed from a warm climate on google earth!!! Please don't visit Bognor due to my recommendation, but if you've seen the film "Zombie Apocalypse" it will give you some idea of what Bognor is like!
There is a great Vegan Restaurant in Fundao called Ananda, 3 courses for 12 euros!!! The front of house, Jishnu is very entertaining and his mum who does the cooking is the sweetest person in the world.
