It's close to "the blank incredible woman," but there is every chance that the contestant may not understand at all the implication of "the incredible woman" as a clue, so the "unstated fill in the blank" strategy is a risk. As such, it's actually allowed. Some women are incredible and some aren't: a perfectly acceptable list item.

  • @TheOusooner56

At 1:20, this is why the phrase "some of this game" was allowed.....Normally, prepositional phrases arent allowed but in this case, Adrianne used the preposition "of" to refer to the pronoun "some", which is general word. "Some" could mean a lot of different things, so its allowed...if Adrianne had said "categories of this game" or "subjects of this game", then that probably would not have been allowed, cuz now its referring to something specific.

Those fine print rules, as I’ll call them always confused me; well confused and somewhat infuriated me more like. It’s like they purposefully come up with categories/subjects that are huge traps because they don’t want people to win. Should it be challenging? Absolutely, but these fine print rules seem downright petty.

I’m glad the contestant got there, but she had to do some mental gymnastics to get there from her partner’s clues. Better clues would have been: an easy test, “the buck,” a class, etc. Of course, I don’t have a clock ticking away, but still….

A TERRIBLE one. This show reused answers frequently, but I hope they had the common sense to realize they should never use that again. It is basically game show entrapment. If she had said pass it, they would have had no choice but to buzz her. Although the funny thing is, every once in awhile, I've heard the contestant (usually the one guessing) say "Pass" which would have worked in their favor.

Hopefully SOMEONE realized how fucked up it was since it really meant the clue giver couldn't say PASS IT to go on to the next time without getting buzzed. It should have been common sense for the main word of the answer to NOT be a common word used on the game.
