I’m honestly surprised that some of this new gear was not in the vanilla game. A lot of them make sense to be something that should’ve been in the game from the start. Like the candy bag
2:24 and 10:09 do you know if those changes part of the mod or the vanilla game
@@narcissisticnuggetsyt most differences between vanilla and this playthrough are because of the mod; both of those are mod changes
Gun: has literally 1% less on any stat
Joltz: WE’LL DO ONE MORE FARM
That 1% can really add up
The fact that they made Jack Sparrow as a mob in Borderlands and drops "The Black Pearl" as his Legendary with the perfect red text for it puts a big smile on my face.

@@Joltzdude139 kinda hoping they add a thing where a Badass of a certain group spawns a certain legendary. Like a Hyperion loader Badass drops a hyperion legendary that's like a loader, you get the point cx
Its kinda garbage late game though, IMO. Slag no longer boosts damage, but late game enemies are still insanely bulletspongy. if you want an example, you can see shadowevil's video on the end game where despite being a Salvador the mini-boss assassins end up tanking ludirious amounts of damage.

After bl3 came out I haven't played bl2 at all, I'd love to play some mods like this. Lest I'm an Xbox player

When you were describing the mods I couldn’t help but smile because I love the reborn series and still go back and watch it and to see new content with mods like this is just amazing
Mods are getting insane! Once upon a time ago, black weapons were the best you could do for modifying the game, now if you got the talent, you can add your own weapons and it functions well within the games code without the game not registering it, or crashing on boot up, and that’s just weapons! This game is going to transform before our eyes even more than we thought, and I’m genuinely excited to see!

Loving the look of the mod and how you can farm the quest enemies for the quest rewards is the best thing to come out of this. Just me personally would like to see some skill tree modifications with this. I recently saw 2.5 for Axton and his skill tree looks amazing

Dude, this mod so far makes the game feel like a brand new game. I am just overwhelmed with joy that it mikes my eyes almost as big as sparky's.

It is recommended you have all the DLCs for certain mods so nothing breaks. Normally it will tell you on the mod if you need certain DLCs or not.

Man the apocalypse looks like a really crazy launcher. I mean look at how the watergobbler just exploded upon even thinking about taking that rocket to the face. I also love that it both downed you, and INSTANTLY saved you at the same time. Only in borderlands would such strange luck happen, but you love to see it every time.

Joltz,i just want to say, youve sparked my interest in borderlands again, and seeing as ive bought bl3 recently, i might be seeing a couple of videos to see how good i can do
The Sidewinder is a reference to the AIM-9 Sidewinder heat-seeking air-to-air missile, which is designed for close range dogfights, hence turn and burn. The delay after firing is to simulate the missile dropping off a rail before igniting, though Sidewinders don't actually have that delay.
