Red Eyed Dragon is a translation error that thing only does 75% so its really not worth using it on less than 3 enemies

How did you get too vellweb on disc 4?

Once you get to zenebatos and unlock the flying dude, he'll take you places, so you go to the crystal city, then walk to vellweb, but you getta prompt to insert disc 3, which you also have to do to go back and get legendary armor if you want it

It's Albert's Jade DG Armor. It's recommended for the fight against Faust due to his magic counter-attacks being the same element against their opponent. However thid is not enough for that fight.

to level up just fight regular fights earn somuch Experience points if is boring save it and play it other day but keep fight till level up 4 levels before moving on trust me is worthy
