    Yes!!!!!!!!! Less is more. The trick is to find the absolute smallest dose of the compound as possible while still getting some benefits. I’ve consistently had much better results with less. Now most people have to learn this lesson for themselves the hard way.

      Damn right. Blew my mind the first time i stumbled upon how effective low doses can be. I used to be one of those "more is better" lifters for years.

      @@rob5598 absolutely. I think back about the mega doses I was taking when I first started using PEDs and it just blows my mind and makes me quite grateful that I didn’t harm myself more than I did. I wish there were an effective way to teach new comers to PED this lesson the easy way.

    What a great interview - that one statement - "ONLY OPTIMAL IS BETTER", and you have to find that optimal point in yourself because PED use, like any enhancer, it's up to many factors but the main one is "what is optimal for you" and that is different in everyone.

      Yep but the thing was you knew what you were getting then. Most if not all of the good stuff is ugl now and you really don’t know what you’re getting. That’s part of the huge doses...it really isn’t what it says

    • @bryanstellfox8521
      @bryanstellfox8521 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Anadrol is a very weird drug as well. If you read the original research, this reveals itself. It has an extremely low affinity for the AR, thus the dosage has to be set quite high...but once that threshold is reached, it exerts powerful effects. On top of that, it has a DHT backbone (DHT cannot convert to estrogen), but oxymethelone actually interacts DIRECTLY with the estrogen receptor. Incredibly interesting compound.

    I have seen drug protocols since about 2009ish and i have noticed some trends. One is people take less in terms of mgs but they are on more of the year. The cycling people were kind of lying to themselves because they are taking drugs (pct) when they come off and are planning their next cycle immediately. Also people nowadays aren't just taking test and D bol, they are taking GH, Insulin, Peptides, Diuretics, SARMs, EPO and who knows what else.

    I'd like to share a quick story I was told by a good friend of mine who's a physio. He was telling me about a guy who's a top British powerlifter.
    This gentleman was telling my mate his dosages about what he's had to take to stay competitive. It was ALOT of gear. He said he looked like shit, he slept like shit, he was always sweating and his back was cramping.
    Not long after, he had a guy through who had trained with some of the top strongmen and he asked if he knew this British powerlifter, and he said yeah. They had a chat about gear use and he said he knows for a fact that the guy struggling to stay competitive was using atleast 3x more gear than Lawrence shahleigh before he dipped his toe in powrrlifting and broke some records. Another guy I know said bodybuilder zack Khan's usage was a hell of a lot less than most users, and way less than his bro who looked nowhere close.
    Genetics are king. If you're an apple you'll never be an orange.

    You may only be able to flip the card once but once it's turned you have to stay on to keep the benefits. In other words going on gear may only bump you up 20% so from a 500 to 600 lb bench but if you go off you will drop back from 600 to the 500 so you have to stay on just to maintain and in reality youll probably add a little with each progressive cycle.

    Matt's point about the orals is spot on. You will know real quick if you're taking too much. I personally have had much more success with taking smaller dosages of multiple orals than a very large dose of one. 300mg Anadrol? No fucking thank you.

Generally, as Dave has mentioned "legit and illegitimate sources" illegitimate sources don't give two shits about you or your health, and the saddest part is when they even are in this community, and they still don't care you are just money to them.

    Geared people like to think it makes little difference (10%) and naturals think that it makes a massive difference. The bottom line is it varies massively on the person. Nicolaas du Preez says he went from benching 155kg natty to 245kg on PEDs. Levan Sagnashvilli doubled his size. I think if you can bench around 180kg naturally then you could most likely do PEDs and lift some elite numbers.

    • @tylerspecht7553
      @tylerspecht7553 18 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      I completely disagree with the 10% statement he makes. He on his first cycle gained 10% on his squat over time it went higher and higher up meaning it's more than 10% of a gain assuming he was pretty close to his genetic limit when he was in the 800s naturally for squat

    • @le1690
      @le1690 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@WillRiker1234 Not too far off. I would say if you compared the same person on the same diet, it would be about 15% on an average cycle. The thing is, most people who cycle also tend to up calories and attribute all strength gains to their cycle. The other thing to consider is that steroids can raise your genetic limit, and assuming you stay on and are consistent, that's where you would see the bigger jumps; but now we're talking over years, and not a simple cycle or two.
      As far as your example, it all depends how you define natural. If you built strength and a physique over a decade, then came off gear and allowed your natural testosterone to kick in then I'd wager the 600 raw bencher could still put up close to 500. That said, if you ask me, once you've done a few cycles, you're enhanced for life. You've sped up your progress, maxed out your natural muscle mass potential, have more experience on technique at heavier weights, and therefore are never truly a natty ever again (imo).

      i understand both sides - anyone with any wherewithal knows, every single top athlete, whether in a team or individual sport, male or female, will use some form of ped's in their career - to not think that, due to millions of dollars at stake, is naive as believing in santa claus - now, if you listen to what they say, which is true, ped's push the needle by 10-15%, which could be A LOT if you're already elite - i'm all for ELITE ATHLETES doing it, bc as a spectator i want to feel as if i'm watching a superhero perform
      for your average joe or jane, or even a teen starting to get into training, it's obviously a huge red flag and a NO GO in my opinion - again, as they correctly say, you have one chance to push that needle and for some, it may not even be enough - i don't think 99% of the population should be concerned with ped's - for the 1% who are elite and are concerned with maximizing performance and monetary gains, yes, by all means do it safely
