Also lower your ISO on your camera a bit it's overexposed at the times, probably set to auto mode, just manual mode it down to 100 outdoors during the day no need for anything else. Wish I could visit Florida one day but if I do I'll try to aim the date when your meetups are.

I met Ben during a reap estate exchange . He was seriously hard ball . I was supposed to make 2 7 million. Ended up making 1.3 and that's the first deal I made less than 2 million and the least time I made less than 4 million. He taught me a lot . Great business man thanks Ben cleo. Also these deals don't happen every day they are 8 times a year at beat sometimes as little as 5 times so yes they don't t come easy. Thanks Ben. Cleo
