I just LOVE the exhaust note. It’s so good. The low end rumble and the high tones go so well together. I absolutely love this.
Cool. Please still do the Mercedes Grosser 600. Still an awesome vintage car.
That would be super cool ! Check out Top Gear's episode RR vs Grosser !
Yespeace 2015 already saw it. It’s what made me interested with the Grosser.
Someone has to offer him one
Good idea!
Yes indeed ! I think that they are not so rare in USA!
Did you ask them about the Audi RS6 C8?
Are they going to get it when it arrives to the market?

It's beautiful... and I am one of those who prefer performance and style over a flashy look. This thing has understated, handsome good looks.

Hey Doug, do you think you can review the new 2020 GT500 Mustang?! If so that would be really cool!
He will. Just has to wait for someone to offer one to him
I'm sure you don't have one
I've always like the Audi R8, in a lot of ways it's a cheaper classier Lamborghini Huracan.
As I always say, this car is the best engine swap ever made.
@L.K Yeah it's definitely more expensive than it used to be. Maybe with the introduction of Corvette C8 Audi will reconsider making a cheaper R8 since there would be a market for it.
you mean the huracan is a more expensive audi?
@@averagepainter You can look at like that I suppose.

Doug: " Who would drive their super car in the snow?!" DDE: "Watch me!"
They filled r8 v8 gap with TT RS. It has almost the same performance as '08 r8.
Good observation
As far as I know, it has better performance than R8 V8
The new tt rs is way faster, not too sure if it manages to give you the same feeling as a v8 mid-engined super car though
Simon Maglica no a modern turbo v6 or v8 cheaper model would be amazing, less aero smaller wheels and brakes maybe with less power but same suspension
The spartan, driver-oriented design and focus on the performance of the R8 remind me of my 2004 Toyota Camry V6.
They had this design in the civics as well if I remember correctly lol
I actually like this style of driver focus.... Passenger shouldn't be messing with the driver's car, request them
Exactly. The passengers job is to sit there quietly and don't touch anything.

10:08 I never had an Audi, but from 20 years of experience i can say that whenever there is horrible weather and you are on the highway, if ALL cars drive 40-50 kmh and you see someone passing everyone with 100 kmh or more, its always an Audi. I guess its just awesome in horrible weather.
Say what you want about the R8, but it's definitely one of the best looking/sounding cars out there today
The R8 is definitely not one of the best looking/sounding cars out there today...
And IT drives perfect. Worth every penny
Imo it is better looking than the Huracan
@@nsk370 for sure. Idk why doug has the huracan rated higher than the r8 in styling but to each their own ig
