Nice and clean and simple. My employee rigs will be like this. My rig rack is on wheels so I can have all my extra toys. But likely the employees I will start with won't have much experience.
Years ago we stuffed 16 channel mix wizards in 6u/14u slant cases and an atx rack mount pc that had a multichannel sound card and video card. We put an Amp in its own case, then used a set of zx-1 ev's. Stuffed it all in a Hyundai Accent.
We customized that for one of our customers. Everything we do is custom. Nice that you care enough to have nice systems for your dj's.

is there an optional way to plug in your laptop to your mixer other than a 3.5 mm? I feel like it is a great way to ruin your laptop headphone jack fast.

About how much does that complete set up run to purchase?
The system has changed in the past few years. Yet the core approach is the same. Our systems are customized by us and the core of this one is the ability to have everything conveniently in the case with custom tweaks to it. Keeping it more compact as well. Funny you ask that question today because I am actually redesigning it for a brewery right now. The newer upgraded version will have 3 different levels. First level is for smaller areas, no sub, & customer simply adds their own laptop. In the 4k range. The next level is with the sub which could range anywhere from $4,700.00-5k. Then of course the next level which includes a custom laptop package as well. That would add another $900-2k. Just depends upon how it is customized. EVERYTHING is priced the way it is for good reason. We have systems that range from as cheap as $600 up to $50,000.00.
I think what is more important is truly understanding & combining all your needs, wants, budget. Then go over all the pros n cons to whatever custom approach we take.

What karaoke software do you use ?

Just wanted you to realize that you say nothing about WHAT system this is?
Even though we sell the product as well. Many of our videos are directly for a customer of ours that we designed and built the system for. So they are essentially training videos. That's why you might not see it as us trying to advertise everything. The point of the video is to truly help our customer run the system and if a potential consumer cares about all the personal work we put into helping our customers and needs a system, they will simply contact us and have us design a system to their needs. To the contrary, for our customers, it is very easy. Unlike the rest of the world that only cares about getting the sale, then moving on. Our customers have no issues because we hold their hand every step of the way go make everything super simple.
What is brand name of this mixture
They do not make that series anymore, there is a newer version. Please email Sales@madproaudio.com. I believe the newer version is in the $399 range and has more features.
