I m in the usa in Florida. I just restarted tye same bike after sitting for about 6 years. Cleaned up the wieing and put in fresh gas. Cleaned tge plugs. Fired up with no problems. Did put on a clean air fikter. Same problem. Starts with full choke, but when i back it down, it will slowly reduce idle speed tilt it stalls. Cant ride it without partial choke.. It will run fine with plenty acceleration, but if it sits too long at teaffic light, it stalls.
Hi some information about centre stands.iv been looking for one for my twin star and I used a cd 175 stand and got a nice engineer to make it 3”es longer fits perfect but you have to higher the lug to fit a standard spring,if this helps anybody,Cheers
@@NatsNackersYard London is a strange place, cannot even drive my HGV in there now unless it is bristling with cameras and has an audible warning of it turning left!
Not sure if they had one as standard but I believe the frame and engine is the same as the CD200 Benly so you may be able to pick one up used. Good luck with it, cracking little bikes, although I don't have mine now.
so there has to be a usual selling price for these and yet there has to be a collector price or even the guy who had one back in the day and they will all pay differently i'm sure more than 1000 pounds at a guess, could the flout height be the cause of the cut off ? ? ?
@@motorcyclejunkie7564 I had a quick go an hour ago but found that my bestest friend from school passed, so now i am scratching my head with the wireing lol

Throw on a cheap Chinese carb, sounds like a feeling issue. Hope you get it sorted. Florida is a great place to live! Greetings from a cold rainy UK.
Great looking bike Carl, deffo gonna be loved by someone and as Nat says with the fact its exempt, some hipster gonna snap it up.
Thanks. I will see what response I get, may have to MOT it first.
I love it, I may consider it myself if my current honda sells in time.
Always up for a deal buddy!
@@motorcyclejunkie7564 I've not got anything that would interest you project wise sadly. How far from London are you?

Thanks mate, useful to know.
Just needs a good run
Mate with UKEZ expanding around London it would sell well down south!
Are old bikes exempt then? We don't have to worry about ULEZ up here in Cambridgeshire!
@@motorcyclejunkie7564 yes mate. Worth a fortune!

Hi I’ve just bought one of these, I’m told they don’t come with a centre stand ,but yours has one ,are they available?

Okay mate I’ll check it out . Cheers
