    That was interesting for me as a german. :) Very nice answers, and I agree, we are very similar. I live in the north and growing up we had our fair share of cultural influences from Sweden, in my generation we all grew up on the books and stories from Astrid Lindgren. How can you not love Sweden?😊

    I have an acquaintance from Sweden and the daughter of a friend of mine only moved to Sweden about 1-2 years ago.
    Unfortunately, I haven't had the chance to visit this beautiful country yet, but I would love to. Unfortunately, I don't have enough money...
    As a German, I think Sweden is beautiful!

    I think I know about this joke but in germany it goes a bit different... heaven is where the british are the police men (bit outdated that joke i guess) the french are the cooks, the germans are the car mechanics and the italians the lovers and every thing organized by people from switzerland.
    Hell is, where the britsh are the cooks, the french the car mechanics, the switzerland people the lovers, the germans the policeman and everything organized by the italians.

    Some German Sports Stars - examples:

    In the 2006/07 NBA season, Nowitzki was the first European to be awarded the NBA Most Valuable Player Award for the most valuable player in the main round.
    Soccer: Jürgen Klopp -
    Klopp has been head coach of Liverpool FC since October 2015. With the club he achieved his greatest success as a coach to date with the Champions League victory in 2019.
    Tennis: Steffi Graf and Boris Becker
    Formular 1: Michael Schumacher and his younger brother Ralf
    And many more...

    2:50 That is the problem of most intelligent people: thinking of the possibility that oneself could be wrong. That makes for a weak point when in debate with a confident stupid person ...
    yes, that's somewhat beside the video. But I had to think about that when I heard you say "maybe the problem is with me".
    3:55 Ok, Dennis, yes, and in the past there was Dirk Novitzki.
    I have to say that, as a German, I am quite conscious of the history of Germany. I just don't let it define me. So, what the last guy said is quite alright.

    I don't know of what kind of sport the guy is talking, but especially when it comes to winter sport we often loose against someone from scandinavia 😜
    So, maybe he just wants to be nice 😎
    We love you guys, too 😊

    You can‘t compare Sweden‘s history to Germany’s dark past. Just because every country has its dark spots in history, doesn’t mean they shouldn’t mention ours. He is right to point it out! It would be really weird if nobody did. There‘s nothing wrong or offensive about it.

    • @suvireijo
      @suvireijo 5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Ooh can I as finn say Sweden has longer dark history than the germans and everything is recorded. And it wasn't spots here and there, but ongoing for thousands of years😂 So don't try wiping Sweden's bad history under the rug by saying they can't be put in to the same line. Yes they can be. Swedish robbed Sami and finnish people graves to show how pure breed and intellectual they were to their fellow neighbours. Still swedish museums haven't returned the bones of our deceased. Sounds same like arian pride nazi germany was feeding to it's people😂😂😂 Same s*** different package😂😂😂

    • @peterweiss123
      @peterweiss123 5 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      also Sweden has btw a dark past

    • @suvireijo
      @suvireijo 5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@peterweiss123 they robbed sami people and finn bones from their graves to do scientific study how swedish are more intelligent to their neighbours. Some bones were given back, but still some aren't returned back. Sounds like certain germans acted towards different ethnic groups.

    Germany had its own religion and veriations of it too till roman empire Nd later on missionarys hsppened
    The roman empire was eventuslly pushed back but they inforced christianity and the roman empires way of living with violence nad pubishme t wich made people fight back
    The missionsrries prommised the german tribes welth and ststus so the leaders convertet the civilians followed
    And inthe process traditons fell to cultural apropreation or a sorbtion
    Basicly most stuff that does not directly i volve the chrurch or chist is just a stolen tradotiom
    From easter buny to christmast feast over egg painting to decorating with greenery
    Hristians also brought in racism anti semitisim and the fesr of sMe sex relationships
    In my eyes this religion never brought us anything good
