You can‘t compare Sweden‘s history to Germany’s dark past. Just because every country has its dark spots in history, doesn’t mean they shouldn’t mention ours. He is right to point it out! It would be really weird if nobody did. There‘s nothing wrong or offensive about it.
Ooh can I as finn say Sweden has longer dark history than the germans and everything is recorded. And it wasn't spots here and there, but ongoing for thousands of years😂 So don't try wiping Sweden's bad history under the rug by saying they can't be put in to the same line. Yes they can be. Swedish robbed Sami and finnish people graves to show how pure breed and intellectual they were to their fellow neighbours. Still swedish museums haven't returned the bones of our deceased.
