I feel like respectively to Naruto, konohamaru should have the most powerful "original" rasengan in the entire series. My reason being that konohamaru has been cultivating that move since childhood and it's his signature move. Compared to Naruto who began to use varieties of them to combat different situations. Also when Naruto taught konohamaru he picked it up rather quickly and (I would say) fully mastered it himself in the Shippuden years. So I feel like in terms of power, the original rasengan konohamaru should have the strongest.
For those confused, naruto was supposed to appear in a movie but had a family vacation so konohamaru took his place, and while in cosplay they ran into real bandits but kagemasa kept the act going

Every clip I come across of Boruto is so unserious. Funky music, funky plot, funky lines. The animation is the only thing which surpasses Naruto.
@@minorears5205 it all just feels so forced, Naruto and Sasuke are walking deities at this point, but the series still wants tension. So they shoehorn the dumbest excuses possible. Naruto can’t maintain shadow clones now, Sasuke is always in another dimension, people have new Kekkei Genkai or jutsu that put them on six paths level. Otsutsuki show up out of the blue, paper bombs are now nukes with delayed blasts, most atrociously every enemy ever can now absorb ninjutsu, meaning every fight is just a DBZ punch fest. I feel like you really could write a great series out of Boruto, but you’d have to throw the whole current series out. This stuff is garbage.

@@ebonymaw8385 kind of, but at least they could still use ninjutsu and techniques. Even Madara and Kaguya had to actively choose to absorb chakra. Everyone now can just do it as a reflex, or they state at the jump that using anything but punching would be pointless.
Like a true Naruto's disciple: "If Rasengan doesn't solve the problem, you simply just haven't use it enough" =)))

Konohamaru represents Naruto more than Boruto Does at any given circumstance. It's just that Kishimoto forgets to keep his promise

Konohamura saw Naruto as his cool big brother kind of figure, so of course he wanted to emulate him and is similar. Boruto didn't spend nearly as much time with his Naruto, ended up resenting him for it, and became very much his own person - or at least had different role models

Konohamaru pulling off a Rasengan with good art, social commentary about practical effects vs CGI being pointless since both can work in tandem, bringing back the movie star from the first arc, hell even a Sarutobi cameo. Ehh, this was a harmless 20 minutes.
😂 mad balls on the camera crew for trusting Konohamaru and filming an explosion that could’ve engulfed them. To be fair Konohamaru did this so Naruto could go on vacation with his family so I don’t mind it.

Smartest think Konahamaru could have done. The rasengan rotates the blast upwards to explosive damage to the city. It also eliminates any remaining res from the explosion.

It was a special paper bomb that had potential to destroy the whole area unlike normal paper bombs. So it makes sense if it takes times to activate itself.

I have to say, it was nice to see a Boruto episode where Konohamaru _doesn't_ end up hospitalized just to make a new villain look tough, and instead actually gets to do something. I think the last time that happened was against a White Zetsu all the way back before Momoshiki appeared.

Konohamaru is weak against the kind of opponents he fought and there's no justified explanation as to why he should be able to take on beings like jigen and kashin koji.

In Konohamaru's case, a Jutsu known as Wind Release: Rasengan was created, which is a stronger variant of the regular Rasengan, powered by wind-natured chakra. Throughout Boruto, Konohamaru has been heavily reliant on this Jutsu, as it has become his go-to technique, much like Naruto Uzumaki with his Rasengan.
It works well until he can be nullified or something weird. But good news is he only needs one hand to form one and it takes seconds
It's strong against humans (shinobis) but is fodder against people like otsutsuki's and people like Naruto,Sasuke,Kara,Boruto,and kawaki. People complain about konohamaru saying,"well he took out one of the pains" that doesn't mean anything nowadays bc if pain were here in the Boruto era than everyone will make him look fodder, especially against people like isshiki, momoshiki, and other Kara villains. Can you really blame him for losing to strong opponents like that? Don't forget he is only a regular shinobi, so he's not like Naruto,Boruto,kawaki, or Sasuke and never will be.

In case anyones confused why he used a Rasengan on a paper bomb, it’s because the people filming him asked him to end the movie with a Rasengan.
And the reason the paper bomb took so long to go off is because it’s a modified version that can take out the city block, so it takes longer because it’s stronger.
