Not only that, Judge cheated when he put other people in the way. Sanji isn't going to kill people who haven't done anything wrong.
In a clean 1v1 it's low-mid diff tops. Sanji is clearly the more capable and seasoned fighter, while his father is too reliant on dirty tricks and superior equipment.
Not just Judge but his brothers too, because let's be honest because of Judges meddling with them before they were born not only did he strip them of their good emotions but now they lack the ability to grow any stronger, leaving Sanji the only one who can get stronger.
Well duh!
That's why I'm looking forward to a potential rematch if Judge and Things 1, 2 and 4 try to come after him again.
Reiju, I think, would sit back and enjoy the show as her favorite brother beat the ever living crap out of them.

People keep saying wano sanji would sleep judge no diff, as if whole cake sanji couldn’t have done the same? Maybe he couldn’t solo the whole Gemma 66 in whole cake form, but 1v1 against judge, whole cake sanji would have slept him no matter what, let alone wano. Judge was no match for sanji to begin with

What makes it extra funny is Sanji surpassed them BEFORE he got his germa upgrades
They relied too much on their technology and even though they knew about haki and other techniques they were poorly refined as they thought their tech eas enough. Sanji not only grew superhuman through his own training and adventures, he learned more advanced haki that actually puts him in the same league as the major fighters of the new world.

It took Big Mom herself to land a devastating attack along with thousands of big mom pirates and snack to capture Judge. Sanji kick giving Doflamingo trouble is more impressive then anything his family has done AP wise and against Vergo Sanjis body was already damahed and hurt because of Nami being in it and letting herself get hit. And Sanji in WCI was able to off screen diff Yonji which is a case of low diffing so base Sanji being above Yonji who has raid suit plus germa genes and exoskeleton shows Base WCI was FAR above Judge. Then there's Ichiji who also has the same reasoning for being above judge and with all his suit power and genes he couldn't even SLIGHTLY challenge Katakuri in the speed area while at the very least Sanji was capable of dodging an attempted assasin attack from Katakuri. So this shows that base WCI Sanji was still far above his brothers and far above Judge who lacked the exoskeleton and genes like his sons and daughters. And this shows you know nothing about one piece and have zero reading comprehension and you make stuff up. Doesn't matter if Judge was fighting BM pirates for days when he was only fighting low level officers and it never took BM to attack him any sweet general or high ranking officer could've done so it's only that BM was the nearest to Judge when the fight was happening

The disparity in power between Sanji and his family shown in this arc really solidifies that real, organic fighting experience is way more efficient as training than trying to rely on suits and ultra-monitored training within palace walls. You can tell the vinsmokes never really felt real struggle in their lives. The science and tech is there, but yet their stagnancy is so evident. It makes you understand what Reiju meant when she told Sanji in the infirmary that their father clings onto bygone dreams of dominion.

Vinsmoke Judge is the Ozai of One Piece. He's a cruel ruler who abuses his subject. Is a cruel father towards one of his children whom he deems to be inferior/lucky to be born, and even if he showed favoritism towards his other children, it's clear that he only show "favortism" because he molded them to be a bloodthirsty and sociopathic as he is. He's also a coward, using underhanded tactics to have an advantage in a battle. It doesn't matter if it's a sneak attack or using someone else as a meat shield, it's still underhanded and cowardly.
Zuko and Sanji leaving the kingdom and their father was the best thing that ever happen to them. If it wasn’t for their mother, they would be exactly like their father.
