You are so wrong about the example that you gave about "forced divison of labour"
Varna system never talked about forceful division or inequality rather it was based on the actions of an individual..capacity/capability of an individual used to decide the occupation of an individual, it can be counted as a part of organic solidarity....you can replace it with caste system because caste has lead to problems like inequality or forceful labour.
