Great video, please keep them coming. I have a question about how the load control works. Assume it's early afternoon with obscene utility rates for that time period. There is plenty of solar power so the system can be disconnected from the grid during the high rate time period and solar power runs the house, including the Air Conditioner on one of the two Circuit Control circuits. The clothes washer finishes and one of the kids puts the wet clothes into the clothes dryer and turns it on. The AC compressor is off at that time and everything is OK. But then a few minutes later the AC turns the compressor on. Is there overload prevention to sense the inverter power output and quickly turn off the AC unit so the inverter doesn't overload?
You’re asleep, or not at home, and your EV is charging or HVAC is running. Also, depending on your awareness level (or your significant other’s interest in your awesome battery backup system) you/they might not even realize you are on battery backup during an outage.
Good info.

Love your videos
Can i use smart control to load balance? E.g AC and heater using grid power and all others use battery
Very good info. What is the advantage of a load controller if you can simply not use the heavy load items during an emergency power situation?

@@matthewp5478 I am so used to being on top of my off grid system that those have never happened to me but yes, those are great points - thanks.
