I watch the woman’s videos all the time. She is amazing. Sometimes I think she could take dirt and turn it into gold.

Such an amazing effect! This might be the simplest tutorial for a realistic faux mineral I have seen. How much do you thing the alcohol marker lines contribute to the final effect? I am curious because I don't own alcohol ink markers and I would love to try this.

    • @Sundiyday

You can use a bit of alcohol ink

Hello Victoria, I found your channel tonight and your videos are absolutely amazing ! I am a total beginner, well actually have not even begun yet with polymer clay, I bought some - well that's a start 😊 - but I have already loads of ideas. What would you recommend as a varnish for a beginner please ? Could I use nail polish too ? You are so inspiring - thank you

Hello! Thank you for subscribing ! Wonderful! Nail polish not good idea, but uv/resin will be great . If you don't want now to buy uv resin, try to polish and to buff your pieces. You can find a lot of tutorials on TH-cam about that process . Happy creating and good luck for you!

@@Sundiyday thank you for the answer - yes I also googled now, that nail polish is a no no for polymer. I bought some proper uv resin and a small 36w lamp . And I started to work with the clay - though the first piece went into the bin - lol - the next one is much better - and there is still so much to learn - am glad you have so many videos
