It is kind of insane to see how clear that clay gets after it is baked. It looks like a galaxy.

What is the foam that you used to hold the pieces on the tooth picks/cocktail picks on that you placed in the oven called? Absolutely beautiful affect. The holographic powder looked chunky? I bought some born pretty but it is very fine smooth powder
Hi Alison I bake my pieces on a regular sponge. It works great for me. Just try it!

These are fab 😍 must get some colored translucent clays, love the after bake effect. Very easy to follow your videos for a newbie like me 👍. What a great idea using the sponge 👏. May I ask, do you use a uv top coat on these or 2 layers of uv gel ? Thanks so much & keep your beautiful ideas coming 😊

Ya trop de chose qu je ne comprend pas comment vous les avez cuit avec le cordon est ce que c'est facile à enlever une fois cuit ? Et comment le brillant ressort sur le dessus alors qu'il était au milieux et on le voyait pas ? Merci de me répondre

You can do it with Sculpey premo too . Just you have to paint your translucent clay with alcohol inks

I tried this technique and followed your instructions to a T, but I'm sure that I did something wrong. I can't see the glitter through the translucent. It's pretty anyway but not with that effect.
Try again, please. your translucent sheet have to be very very thin
