"Silenced" weapons aren't silent, except in Hollywood. A suppressor can reduce the noise enough so it doesn't blow your ears off, and makes it harder to detect, but it's not like in movies where a "silencer" reduces the noise to a whisper. Someone close would still hear it.
There are very few guns that can be suppressed to that level. But they exist.
.22 pistols exist that have this capability. A favorite of mob assassins.
KSK stands for "KommandoSpezialkräfte" or "Commando SpecialForces" for those who don´t understand the german language.
The KSK is the Army special forces of the Bundeswehr.

KSK meas "Kommando Spezial Kräfte" in Englisch its Commando Spezial Forces .
Its the Elite German Infantery Like the Army Spezial Forces .
Many dont know that there are 2 other Spezial Forces whithin the Bundeswehr .
The KSM " Kommando Spiezialkräfte Marine " meaning Commando Spezialforces Navy - Like the seals .
And the "Fernspäher" means Far-scouts - a Spezial recon unit with the task to reconnoitre troop movements , supply lines , command posts , artillery and air defence far behind enemy lines .
In War , the KSK would do use the Intel from the Fernspäher to destroy these keyforces of the enemy
or lead the hardest frontpart .

The KSK are tier 1 special operation forces like the DEVGRU or Green Berets or SAS. The german navy has his own SOF. That is the KSM (Kommando Spezialkräfte der Marine).

The KSK is one of Germanys special forces (others are the "Fernspäher" or Long-Distance Reconnaissance and the Navys "Kampfschwimmer" or Combat Swimmers like the Navy Seals) like the british SAS or as whole organisation the KSK is comparable to the United States Special Operations Command. They are also decorated with the US Navy Presidential Unit Citation.

@@Its_Me_Romano well, GSG9 is a police special force and actually older than the KSK. So you might even say, the GSG9 has been a model for military special force KSK. The separation between military and police is very striced in Germany.
