I just upgraded from my Velotric Discover 1 to the Aventon Level.2 and WOW what an upgrade. I am on the Aventon train now.. I say this because my bike was delayed getting out of the plant and when I emailed to see why they stated they were experiencing heavy volume with new products. Low and behold all of the e-bike channels I am subscribed to suddenly start posting about the Sinch 2. Must’ve been why. I’m not a folding Ebike guy, but I do like how a lot of companies aren’t just locked into one type of bike. This type of production doesn’t feel cheap.
Yeah. Seems like each month they are upgrading an older model. I have to admit, I’m not a huge foldable bike kind of guy, but the Sinch doesn’t feel like a small foldable bike either.
I picked this up on sale for $1299, super excited to get it tomorrow! I bike to work and other places rather than having a car at all, and this is my first ebike. Looks like a ton of fun and much easier rides! Plus, this bike got an update to let it go to 25mph which is great for when I'm running behind on time 😅 Great video, by the way!

Just bought one yesterday took for a little ride to a friends house.. it rides really well for the price it was the cheapest bike in the store. I originally rode the adventure 2 but it was crunchy and made alot of noises plus didnt fit in my truck so i test rode the sinch and it was much smoother and quieter and i liked the handling better! Might have been the cheapest bike in that shop (even the non assisted bikes were 3k) but i think its great for what it is. Also im 5'6 and with the weight of this bike i want more than my toes to touch the ground so i keep the seat really low which is usually a big no no but with the pedal assist its no problem

@@scotthardesty Scott, the Sinch one was great as well and highly rated by many TH-cam reviews as I am sure you know. It's a real beauty when seen in person too. Too bad Aventon did not make it class 3!
@@scotthardesty Didn't think about that! It makes sense! A 500w motor may not be powerful enough for class 3. Still a great bike! Would be my 2nd choice to purchase after the Aventure!
My choice was between the Sinch 2 and the Lectric XP 3.0. Two things sent me to Lectric: Mechanical brakes on a 66-pound bike at 20 mph is a no go. Especially on a $1,700 bike. Also, I read a comparo put out by Aventon featuring the Singh and the XP and it includes several points that are very misleading. Also, a few too many complaints about Aventon customer service.
First of all, congrats on the 10 lb weight loss (I think it’s a positive?). The last leg of the ride, it was all Scott power - how was that? Having the Aventure.2, it’s like pedaling in quicksand because it’s so heavy without the assist. Lastly, is there a way to support you outside of buying from Aventon through your link? I have so much loyalty to my awesome local bike store, but want to help you continue doing this.
I planned it out to where I only had to use “Scott power” for about a block and it wasn’t hard at all. Unlike the Troxus Explorer as I had to use “Scott power” for over 2 miles. I do appreciate the support you give me with your kind words. I understand your commitment to local bike shops and respect it. Just keep watching my vids and showing support with your comments.

Your video was very encouraging. :)
Good review Scott. I was tempted to get a Sinch when I first started looking at Aventon e-bikes. Bought the Aventure instead but I like that the Sinch is a folding bike that’s still relatively compact even when it’s unfolded. It would be a good choice for my wife who’s 5’2”. Another good option for her would be the Aventon Abound. It’s heavier but it's very versatile and it would also be a good fit for a shorter rider. My favorite part of the video is when your dog is teleported to different places in the yard and front porch. Beam me up Scotty.
Scott, I got another electric bike you can review which got tons of watt hours for $1,899 and that’s the Eahora Juliet. Aniioki A8 Pro Max is also another competitor to the Eahora Juliet but in all honesty the Eahora Juliet provides the most watt hours to the dollar.
