Do you think Yamaha has gone crazy for pricing its R3 absurdly?
insane price, aprilla rs457 is bang on buck and better in terms of quality, speed, style. its as fast as the kawasaki zx6r. So yeah yamaha is drunk to price it 5.5 lakhs.

Yamaha R3 is awesome, but looks like it needs to be assembled in India just like any other premium bike, Even the CKD Hayabusa was 26 Lakh, but now its like 15 Lakh.
It probably won't sell much. Looks outdated with lesser features. Even if assembled in India it'll be expensive coz Japanese are always priced more than their counterpart
It'll probably still be expensive 😂 mind you the R15 costs 2.3L, lowest the R3 will go to is 4.0L

No traction control is okay but Yamaha should’ve atleast provided a quickshifter and slipper clutch with TFT display, even with these features 4.65L ex showroom is too much. They’ve been saying that they’ll assemble the motorcycle in India since 2018 or maybe even earlier

180Km top? My R3 easily hit 200+ km/h🤣. I feel like its contradicting to say the bike has not much power to give a traction sensor when a R15 is only 18hp getting tcs🤣💀. The bike is a good beginner bike but what to expect from a 2 cylinder bike that performs better than some bikes in his category. For the price i find that it is ok, imagine how much a 1000cc will cost. The bike definitely have pros and cons after changing certain stuff ill say the bike can be very addictive to ride. Its fun maxing out a small cc than having a big cc and you cant maximise it. Now you can say aprilla is better, undoubtly a bigger cc italian bike would feel premium and better than yamaha small cc bikes but once it becomes sick and require maintainence im sure yall will start thinking why didnt i pick yamaha. Maintainence and cost is cheaper than the aprilla lmao🤣
R3 can be a good bike...i have a r15 v4 intensity white beautiful bike...so smooth such nice breaks amazing love it...r3 could be good too...am addicted to yamaha r series bikes
I even stopped commenting on R3 videos. I have a 2017 Dec R3 with full system exhaust ( Akra) with powertronic remapping and it easily does 180+ quickly. The cons really don't make any sense. I hardly need to look at the speedometer while I'm riding at 100 miles per hour and by the way the speedometer does it's job. only problem I face is finding the right tyre for it. I am using euro grip protorq extreme 150,/60 section tyre which is grippy but leads to speedo error.
@@manishsinghrathore1 speedo error is common its just having a 8km difference from actualy gps. Stock rims can use up to 160 downside pickup may feel heavy
@@G3NJ1_ I really wish if I can get those Dunlop in India or diablo rosso 3 in 140/70 section. I might ride to Nepal or Bangladesh to buy them 😁
@@manishsinghrathore1 im using a diablo rosso sport 150/60 its ok honestly. Better grip and mileage than battlax s22 for me. S22 have bad grips in rain. This is based on my experience with Singapore Roads

But people currently sees more electronics has more value as per the price being paid for the bike

5 lakhs for this bike is really good. It is out of reach for chapri Bike rider. Recently seen one chapri on Aprilia RS457 in Uttar pradesh. Girl sitting on the pillion was also Chapri.
