Yes, it is his fault. Faes is crap but he refuses to play Vestegaard. Most goals come from our right side, but he refuses to play Ricardo. We can't get forward, but he won't play Mavadidi... he sets up with 3 CDM's and wonders why we can't transition. He hasn't put any passing patterns in play to get out of defence. There is no gameplan, no identity, and when it's not working, he makes like for like changes and tries the same thing again.

We had to sack him nothing was changing and this was the same thing that happened with Rodger’s and we got relegated we couldn’t make that mistake again! I do feel sorry for him but nothing was going to change and you could see that.
