Looks Pretty Authentic. We used to have Harry Ramsden Fish & Chips in Singapore and I have tried it many times.
The first piece was mostly breading.

Ask. Yes here in uk we have french fries thin and Chips which they use in restaurants are thick and also here in uk Fish and Chips is our Fridays must have. That meal you had here looks crispy and tasty too.
