This exercise is easy to do .Doing the exercise before breakfast would be best for me. Was out for several months. Thank you Jef.

Thank you for this practice of Microcosmic Orbit (and many others you've presented). There is another practice of this whereby the direction of the IN-breath is UP the spine from Hui Yin to the Upper Dan Tien , and the OUT- breathe from Upper Dan Tien to the Hui Yin - basically reversing the direction. I am confused as to which is "correct" and is the "safest" . Could you please comment? Thanks.

Thank you. I slowly felt the pain in my back lessen. I felt the energy , esp. in my upper body. Should I visualize the Chi going down between my legs and then up behind me, or, visualize the Chi following the path of my hands? Also, if my eyes tend to close during visualization should I keep them open? Thank you for sharing such helpful teachings.

Thank you so much, I have many chronic issues, including high blood pressure and diabetes. I've been on a fitness journey for 2 years, and I had no weight loss, no improvements in my conditions, even though I worked really hard. I found your videos on accident, and I tried it. I've been doing your workouts for a month and a half, and I'm not needing diabetes medication and blood pressure is normal for the first time in 20 years. My body shape has changed from apple to curvy. You have saved my life, thank you so much

I love how short and yet effective these routines are. And I feel such relief and accomplishment when you say, "And you're all done." It's like a simple Qigong catch phrase of yours.

This is a beautiful and simple technique. Had a solar plexus issue over the last few days. When I did this…..I saw my “yellow garden” bloom…many small tulips at first, then larger hibiscus. Thank you for being an instrument of the Divine 🙏🏽
On a side note, you have a beautiful emerald green aura in this video. Just beautiful 💚

This was my second time doing this routine. I got into the flow state and got my breathing rhythm in synch with the movements. Both times I've done this, I felt some tightness in the middle of my upper back. This time, I was able to ease that tightness somewhat by going more slowly and softly in that portion of the circular motion.

Thank you for sharing. Love your videos- the exercises and commentary (and scenery). It's interesting doing this in both directions- breathing in when going up the back and down the front and vice versa (with hands circling in the opposite direction) - and being aware of the difference and effects.

Absolutely beautiful. I started to feet the flow and energy after about 3-4 minutes into the routine. I like all your routines as they are easy to fit into a busy schedule and have followed you for the last few years, especially good during the pandemic (and post pandemic)when we all need to feel calmer and more relaxed. This breathing exercise resonated with me more than any other as the effect felt so instant. The field of bluebells is stunning-I'm sure it added to the refreshing effect. I am in Australia where we are just about to go into winter-mild though to what you experience in Canada!

😊I can’t stop smiling after having done this routine for the first time……it also makes me feel strongly that I must practice your Qigong routines daily, something that unfortunately hasn’t happened over the last two years…….. And then looking at you doing this lovely movement in a living carpet of bluebells is irresistible 🤗. Although I live in South Africa I am momentarily visiting my family in Europe, in Holland, and the beautiful springtime colours have an incredible energy. And that’s what I picked up from your new video….. it sparkles off the screen of my iPad! Thank you so much for this and go well, you are an amazing teacher 💐🧡

Hi Jeff, I didn’t feel the qi moving but was concentrating on learning the movement. I have some breathing difficulties so it became hard to keep the exercise going as long as you did. The reminder to relax the shoulders and arms is a good one for me as I forget to do that. I’m sure with practice I will be able to feel the energy move. Thank you for all your great videos and advice!
