One of the only times in the show when she appears totally vulnerable. Ben & Leslie = best couple.

Thousandth like 😎
Leslie breaking at "I miss you like crazy" is the toughest bit for me. Probably my favorite serious moment of the show
“i-i don’t want that” my heart 🥺
Leslie: "I'm done steam-rolling people. This is how I feel. How do you feel?"
Ben: *better done than said*
The little gasp of relief you hear Leslie make right as Ben is going in for the kiss 😭
This is one of my top Parks and Rec moments. I think Leslie’s line that she’s “done steamrolling people” is such a declaration of love. Instead of being a barrier between them, Leslie finally sees Ben’s boundaries as a positive, where she can be someone he trusts to take his needs into account.
I know this comment is a year old but this view of boundaries as a positive thing is very nicely said here: th-cam.com/video/-E7W47RVpOM/w-d-xo.html
When her voice is cracking when she says "i just wanna be with you" I always think of Dory from Finding Nemo when Marlen told her to go home :'(
For some reason the moment that gets me is at 1:03 when Ben whispers “okay” under his breathe before he stands up. It’s like he’s so desperately trying to make this alright and doesn’t want to do anything that’s going to hurt her or her career so he’s pushing all his feelings down and gahhh if I think about this scene too much, I cry
I will never be over this scene.
this reminds me of jake and amy’s “screw light and breezy” moment 🥺
There is a disturbing lack of benches in Pawnee's smallest park! I wanna sit more!!
Parks are stupid! Parks are stupid!
oh my god he looks so desperate when she says there’s another option, he knows what she’s going to say oh my god 🥺😭 I cried so hard the first time I saw this
God I want someone to love me that much someday
This is why I like Parks and Recreation more than office. It has certain soul. True that The office has more jokes with some eccentric characters but once you had the joke thats over. You can't enjoy the same joke at the same level when you watch it 2nd time. But P&R has such an emotional pull with so many heartwarming scenes that one could never get over with.
Honestly parks and rec's atmosphere mixed with office's jokes could be a literal masterpiece... Parks and rec got bad after s4 honestly it had so much potential bad writing really drowned the entire thing
S2 to s4 P&R is unmatched
Idk ... S3 and S4 were definitely the best, but PnR never became bad or mediocre even ... however the quality of Office had a sad decline after Steve Carell left.
@@infinitegalaxy89 s5 onwards pand r became bad... Lets admit to that
@@MK-gm2mq Really ? It genuinely never felt like that for me, and I watched PnR in home quarantine on a binge watch.
The way he says "Okay" when he's leaving is SO heartbreaking, he is SO saaad! Ughhhh, I love them so much!!!!
My favorite Knope Quote of all time:
“I thought I was going to get fired. I should’ve gotten fired. Why didn’t I get fired?”
I emit a high pitched squeal every time I watch the moment where he goes in for the kiss
SAME!!! I JUST WATCHED IT WITH MY SISTER AND WE WERE SO HAPPY
Have a seat.
But only if you want to.
No no I want to
Me when i kind of have to poop but not really
I thought I am adult enough not to cry during any fictional scenes. But this scene is one such rare exception. Dont know but I literally cried during this scene. They are so adorable
I feel like adults actually have more reasons to cry because they've been knocked about by life for much longer
I'm so glad they said screw it
another year later I'm still glad they said screw it
Red is her colour
Michael schur has said that whenever Ben and Leslie have a romantic scene they put a little red on her :)
When he proposed her dress was sorta red and gray.
In the emergency response episode she wore a (beautiful) red dress.
@@zodiacqueengames408 it was a red sweatshirt I think, red and gray and a little brownish
@Dennis Nuñez Still very pretty tho. She looks great in any color :)
@@zodiacqueengames408 she really does!
This is the best scene of both their careers.
Is it weird that I just rewatch episodes from this show every day?
I am doing that. It's my comfort show
There is just something so special about the shows Micheal Schur produces...
This is why Office US is my second favourite sitcom.
i thought these are shows
sitcoms are the stupid ones with laugh track n stuff
Kilyo Salf Not all of them have laugh tracks
@@annaleepena2790 Yep, it just needs to be a SITuational COMedy (sit-com) to qualify...and this definitely does.
Mrodgt Well yeah. It is a sitcom but it doesn’t have or need a laugh track. Like the Office or B99 or Sunny. It’s just funny cuz there are good writiers
@@annaleepena2790 Yeah, I was agreeing with you that not ALL sitcoms have laugh tracks (Hence my "Yep"). ☺👍
I'd totally hang out in that park. 🙂
Maybe the Parks Department of Ashland, Oregon, builds a smaller park so the name gets outdated?
One of the best moments in the show! ❤️
Hell Yeah
Can we take a moment to appreciate that fire engine red coat 🙌🏾
This scene alone should have gotten Amy Poehler an Emmy!!
Agree though my other favorites is when she won the city council seat and when Ben proposed, she was so good in those scenes. It is a travesty that she didn't win a Emmy for P&R and that the show didn't win for ensemble cast.
I miss you like crazy. I think about you all the time. 😭💔
Ben I ate a calzone when I watched the finale.
That’s so beautiful
This show and The Office sum up love pretty well. "This is how I feel, how do you feel?" and "Never, ever, EVER give up." Those lines always resonate with me.
How does a comedy show make me cry so much!?!?!?
It’s been years since I first saw this scene but it lives rent free in my head.
Ben & Leslie forever!!!
Leslie just melts my heart here
This scene never fails to make me cry.
This is *literally* the best thing ever
Ann Perkins
I remember when I first watched this show, I never even considered that they’d get together, but it made so much sense as the show progressed
I miss you like crazy. I think about you all the time. I wanna be with you.
Unpopular opinion: Ben and Leslie are the BEST tv couple🤩❤️
Why unpopular??
They are adorable.
@@cepahreinholt8710 I guess it’s kind of unpopular cause most people say their fave couples are like the more overrated couples like Ross & Rachel, Jim & Pam, Nick & Jess and just like the tv couples EVERYONE talks about and they’re all amazing couples but Ben and Leslie are very underrated so an unpopular opinion
They are such an amazing actors, both of them. Never get tired of watching this scene, it moves me every time ❤
I seriously love this moment so much
im so obsessed with these two jfc
This moment is like when Jim confessed his love to Pam for the first time but with a triumphant ending!
My reaction with this scene was Jake Peralta saying Chills literally Chills
same!!!
Also I love Leslie and Ben as much as I love Jake and Amy.
Is it just me, or is Amy poehler one of those people that looks better as she gets older
𝘕𝘰, 𝘪𝘵'𝘴 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘫𝘶𝘴𝘵 𝘺𝘰𝘶.
I was looking for this a week before it was posted. I am so happy it's now on TH-cam.
I know they were just actors both married at the time, but their chemistry is just soooo good that it makes you forget about it every time I watch this, props to Amy and Adam for their incredible performances throughout the whole show
i cried watching this.
I miss this show so damn much
Ben and Leslie are seriously the definition of couple goals 🤞🏻
One of the best scenes on an amazing show hands down
The cutest couple... tied with Pam and Jim!! 💗💗💗 LOVE THESE SHOW!!
Oh girl...Jake Peralta/Amy Santiago
@@KaraiNinja05 2
Jess and Nick from new girl!
Move over Ross and Rachel
Ross and Rachel could NEVER
They’re more closely related to Monica and chandler anyway (which was the superior friends couple)
Ross & Rachel are so dysfunctional. There’s a ton of misogyny too. Ben & Leslie are supportive, sacrifice for each other in turn, & make each other better people. Ben & Leslie for the win.
Gosh my heart 😭💜
My favorite scene of the series.
This beats the proposal scene.
This is The Scene in Parks and Rec that makes me cry
Oh how I wish my life could be like this but isn’t
So make it happen Troy
the cameraman: 🎥😢
Plus every time they kiss I freak out cuz it’s cute lol
That’s some good kissing.
Beautiful
We need more seasons ;-;
"Screw it."
Bensley forever!!!
*crying noise* 😭😭😭
Right in the middle of the park. Perfect
Awesome
Epic
WHEN IS IT MY TURN
Awwwww!
❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
I've always been of the mind that emotional vulnerability is the thing I find most attractive in woman. When all the daily wall goes away and two people are just truly honest no matter what happens. That's why they are my favorite. They feel real to me.
"I'm done steamrolling people." as if she's even capable of that.
🥺🥺🥺🥺
Season 8 pleasaseee
1:37
Ok but which episode was this?
season 4 episode 8 smallest park
kind of like jake and amy they made me say screw it for 1000 times but finally said it themselves in the end
Which episode?
I think it’s 4x08
Ghost uploader, do you have a Ben in your life? Or a Leslie?
i wish...
Riley Unicorn are you ghost uploader? Or just joining the convo? Which is fine also
EDEN KASAEV what is a ghost uploader
Riley Unicorn the benevolent spirit which continues to upload these clips.
The one managing this TH-cam channel.
EDEN KASAEV oh. Ok. Then no I’m not a ghost uploader.
So much better than Jim and Pam
what season is this?
I think it’s 4x08
Gotta admit, Leslie and Ben had some sexy kissing scenes. 😘 For a silly-at-heart show with lots of goofy moments, the chemistry between these two was so solid, we forgot Amy and Adam as expert comic actors because they blossomed into a lovely romantic leading couple.
*dreamy sigh*
What episode is this?
season 4, episode 8; smallest park
Never in my life have I met a girl who likes me like that.
IM DONE
Ben was way. better for Leslie then mike whatsisname
Fictional women Leslie
