Awesome! Thank you!
Great job. Thanks for posting
No problem I enjoy making and posting these
Thanks friend.
Fantastic job I think I make one as well.
Just today I was thinking how cool it would be, just for the heck of it to make a roller coaster sluice, miniature, the material could go fast down a slope/drop then rise ( the heavies would stay back on the rise) watch the lighter material continue at full speed around a circle and then another rise and on and on, Then figure out which part of the track kept the gold while the lighter materials made it to the end. A lot of adjustments and angles but it sure would be fun to watch.
Sounds like it would take quite a bit to make but sounds interesting
Great video man those work pretty good and the extra length helps a lot
Thanks 👍
Very noice
thank you very much
Nice to see a canuck on youtube! 🇨🇦🤘 . Am headin back to BC ASAP, cant wait to get back to panning at least!
Have fun!
Well thank you very much for showing this build. Doing an end of carrier clean of the shop and found 1/2 of a 5 gallon pail of sluce concentrates gathered in the early 80's This will work just great.
Glad I could help
I made one 6 ft long similar to yours, but didn't glue the mating. It works fine.

@@paradoxalberta5066 when will you be making more videos
@@brianpalmlund6770 soon I have had some medical issues but recovering nicely
@@paradoxalberta5066 I'm sorry to hear about the health issues I was just anxious for more your videos I really enjoy them I hope everything goes smooth for you
Sweet video man, curious about your matting, is it designed for sluices or is it a door mat? And how wide did you have to cut it to make it fit in the cutter.
its a low profile vmat for entrances,i cut it just wide enough to fit under the two lips of the rain gutter
Good idea, the only thing I would add is a flap of rubber up by the hose ro act as a damper and smooth out the water flow.
good idea thx
MY DADS TOOLS HEHEHEHE
Looking good, can you do a short video on how this works for you? It would be nice to see it in operation.
It works good for me
There are many videos on my page that show it in use
Where did you buy the mat I’m also in Alberta so I can drive to buy some at that price.
Going to be building one of these this week I think... way to many cons to clean up. Hoping they have that style of gutter at rona or home despot
They should it’s a standard gutter
What hardware store did you fing the gutter?
What are the direction of the riffels?
Could you tell me exactly what store you got the rain gutter as I can’t find that type in Edmonton ,thanks.
Home hardware
Light weight
yup lol
Okay... thank you but one question. How wide is the matting
12”
And just cut to fit
How many gph would a pump need to be to run a 10x36 sluice?
great question i use a standard 2" pump on that size sluice
Where did you get you V matting?
Entry matting from hardware store
@@paradoxalberta5066 Do you mean Home Hardware Store?
