    New subscriber here! Great videos and I have bookmarked many of your recipes - in fact, I am making this beef curry tomorrow! Just one tip: the word "fastens", which you use quite often, means to attach or secure something - as in to fasten your seatbelt. I believe you use it to say that it makes something go faster, however, it does not have this meaning. Personally, "speeds up" is what comes to mind first, but you could say "quickens", "accelerates" or "hastens" instead. My family is from Goa, and so many Mangalorean Catholic dishes are very similar to ours, but maybe with a twist, which is why I will be making more of your recipes!

      Hi dear, it depends on the type/ cut of beef . I pressure cook it for 2-3 whistles.
      Check if cooked if not keep for another 1 whistle.

    You have mentioned garlic twice, first 4 then 10 garlics in the written recipe is it right?

    • @mangaloreantastebudsbyasha9176
      @mangaloreantastebudsbyasha9176  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Joss, yes i have used garlic twice. One for the masala while grinding, n other is when the meat is boiling.
      In beef recipies garlic is more as they say it is causes gastic problem.

      @@mangaloreantastebudsbyasha9176 OK Thank you. but advise people with ulcer problems that too much of garlic could aggravate the use of excessive garlic in their diets. Bye
