Hi, nice video! I have Monkey 2022 and absolutely love it. Took my Monkey from UK to Morocco and back. Had most amazing time. Would really like to have Super Cub in the garage as well 🙈
I bought the Dax and had it delivered with mods such as heated grips, usb outage, small windscreen, gear indicator, and I have now ordered a normal gear shifter lever so I can just use my toe and not have the heel shifter sticking out, as I never use the heel anyway. I have been riding CBR600F, Gs500F, and several Skyteam Dax and even some cruisers like the Savage Ls 650, but nothing, NOTHING, turns heads in traffic as the Dax! Its also the first bike that I can ride without getting any pain in my lower back or get a pain in the butt. It can easily reach between 95-100 on the speedometer in almost all situations, and even sometimes reach as high as 110. So following traffic is no problem. The milage is ridiculous… I have never enjoyed riding a bike as much as this one. If I should ever trade the Dax for another bike it would only be for its lovely sibling the Monkey! Thanks for the review guys!
@@dmitryshefov8524 because I grew up with the Dax, and I have been in love with it since- however, the Monkey is of course my second choice before any other bike.
Good comparison test. A question to the testers: are there any particular advantages and disadvantages of a normal Honda 125 when compared? Better handling? More power? Less fun factor? Also, in English, we would say rider instead of pilot but I know what you mean. And maybe if you hit a big bump on a Dax/Monkey, you will be flying anyway.
I prefer the Honda monkey but there really is very little difference in handling and feel to the dax. The Honda cub is better as a pure road bike with it's bigger diameter wheels. The new monkey did okay on the motorway. Did notice any issues with hgv vehicles on the roads could pass them without any particular concerns
I am so disappointed about these. After all those years Honda did not give zs 5 th gear on semiauto nor 15 hp. I have semi auto with similar power and in hills it sucks. It is fun never the less, but it could better.
Just bought a 2023 Honda Monkey in June and am very happy with the weight ( 221 lbs ) and power. And the five speed is so smooth and the addition of a cartridge oil filter is a huge plus. If 15 hp is needed buy a motorcycle with 15 hp.
@@ohwell2790 In my country with just car driving licence you can ride 125 cc semi-auto or automatic bike/scooter. Therefore manual 15 hp bike is not in same class. I can buy 15 hp scooter, but semi-auto is much more fun, which is why I have two and tune the engine myself to have 15 hp. Current 9 hp is fine in normal commute, but in hills or when there is really strong wind it is so slow, you will realise it in time. Btw people are putting 180 cc engine and aftermarket 5 speed gears in hunter cubs to have those 15 hp, because then it is best scooter like machine.
I have a Cub 125 love it, to get the petrol consumption you have to ride it like a Nanna I like wringing its muther effing neck so much fun so much petrol 🎉😂
Reminds me about how much fun you can have on a 125cc motorcycle. Great video.
Dziękuję za film 👍
Mam czerwonego DAX . Razem z Moją Anią podróżujemy. Jest SUPER 💪💪💪
Pozdrawiam z Polski 🇵🇱

I actually like heel shifter. I got so used to it, I would not want to get rid of it on my semi auto
what gear indicator did you buy? was it easy to install or did you get it installed for you?
@@dogsofgore7708 i bought it on ebay, i had the dealer install it for me.
Why not monkey bro?

I want dax! But i dont have garage :(
I don’t understand why they didn’t just put the same gears as the monkey in the dax .
That semi automatic sucks.
I like the semi auto, works great.
It's proven and it is still fun
why they made the new monkey and dax so much bigger than the originals? they look like the originals, but they feel different
So people can actually use it.
Dumb question

The GUY shouldn't be wearing shorts when riding , set a bad example. safety first
Why did you not complain about smoking a cigarette also? 🛵
