Btw the pastry that you tried is the cheapst one for the ones on tight budget and also the same for the taste you have to pay 13 up to 15 DH on average to get a much better one from a modern patisserie on the highstreet not in the Medina.

Lovely video as always. Thanks for sharing. Moroccan food is particularly different than the Middle Eastern's To start with, we eat almost everything with bread! And you have just discoverd how special and fresh Moroccan bread is. It is another level as you rightly said. We use Ras alhanout mixed spices for seasoning ( make sure you buy some to impress your friends back in England when you cook some chicken or meat for them) Then we are not particularly fans of rice as they are in middle east. Also, Moroccan food, though colourful, is not spicy at all! But you have to try couscous, our national dish, and the equivalent of fish and chips back home. May be do that in Casablanca!

Welcome to Morocco 🇲🇦👑🇬🇧 ⏩ Moroccan food is 100 percent Moroccan and has nothing to do with the Middle East ! (we are closer to Europe than the Middle East just 13 km 😉) Moroccan cuisine is an ancient cuisine that the Moroccans inherited from their ancestors, the Berbers and the Moroccan Jews, and their ancestors in Andalusia.
Hi guys,. I really appreciate your trip in Morocco but I think, I should give you proper tips about what we call the top 3 gastronomy cuisines in the world, Morocco, France and Thailand. Apart from the Moroccan street food which is excellent, I would really love that both of you eat '"Moroccan Mamma's Moroccan Food", that's another level of food. So let see how I can hook you with Moroccan mothers. The fathers are good ccoks too. Enjoy Morocco !
Is there a way how I can give you my details "Inbox" ? Greatings from Marrakech ! Fez, Marrakech and Meknes and Rabat are the oldest cities of Morocco, as well as Tangier. Marrakech and fes are the 2 top Moroccan gastronomic cities of Morocco. So let me know how I can give you tips.
FYI, which is also important, Morocco is the 2nd oldest Kingdom in the world after Japan" yes, our Kingdom is older than the UK :) all the best. Enjoy our lovely Kingdom
21:19 Translation: The cook :) didn’t know who the heck Gordon Ramsey nor Jimmy Oliver were, the sous-chef guy :-) was expressing his frustration with the Moroccan football when you mentioned football, he said “zero” meaning “failure, disgrace, etc.”, then he went to say “asha al malik” meaning “long live the king” of course the king of Morocco. I know it’s irrelevant, well, Moroccans, and I am one of them (living in California) have this tendency of involuntarily praising the king whether you’re fan or a hater, legend has it, the men behind closed doors add a mysterious substance to the chickenpox vaccine then give that to all toddlers AKA future sous-chefs JK :-) Love your spontaneous vlogging.

Amazigh language was banned in official media, people could not give their children Amazigh names, and some went to prison for simply writing in Amazigh. Moroccans have largely reconciled with this past and are very accepting (and even proud) of their doversity, but yes we don't like to be called Arabs, because we're not, or Middle Eastern because, well, it's geographisally inacurate.
Every moment I look your videos you gave me always hungry deliciousssssss🤤
Haha 😂 thank you ❤️🇲🇦😊
The guy who was speaking Arabic, the one you asked where he is from, didn’t say anything bad about you at all. He just said « Morocco » and also said «live the king ».
Oh ok. I would care much if he did say anything about us just I didn’t want him to say anything offensive to our audience you know.
@@OTWD_yt totally agree!
Amazing video's. Lovely to see you guys in Morocco. Have fun❤🎉
Thank you! 😃
Welcome to Morocco 🇲🇦👑🇬🇧
⏩ Moroccan food is 100 percent Moroccan and has nothing to do with the Middle East ! (we are closer to Europe than the Middle East just 13 km 😉) Moroccan cuisine is an ancient cuisine that the Moroccans inherited from their ancestors, the Berbers and the Moroccan Jews, and their ancestors in Andalusia.
I understand. I’m sorry, I didn’t mean any offence 🇲🇦❤️
welcome to morocco

Welcome to morocco ❤
Thank you 😊
18:47 he actually said 2Dhs each not 2Dhs for everything.. poor guy couldn't tell you to give him another 2Dhs 😪 Moroccans are known to be generous
We’re sorry he’s a good guy ❤️
About casablanca my favorite is : ( so try thoses adresses if you can : 1: a british style mall called Anfa Place, he has the front on the atlantic ocean their cafe and restaurants too. 2: a promenade beach called Aid Diab 7 klm of cafe and restaurants. 3: Morocco mall the bigest mall in africa and the fifth in the world he has a front view on the ocean too. The first and thr only big mall with a front wiew on the ocean. 4,: the classic la s9aka restaurant. 5: the ricks cafd from the usa famous oscarised film casablanca
