My favorite olives were the light green ones with the blush tinge to the skin with a lot of garlic and parsley. Those are the ones I used to get big bags of and just gorge on them. Morocco has some of the best food in the world. I miss it. I was introduced to Moroccan food when I was a teenager and I ate it as often as I could back in California but in the state that I live in now there isn't any Moroccan food so I just make it myself.
I love those olives too! And the ones with the preserved lemon. When we were in Essaouira we had our favourite olive vendor and he always knew to put extra harissa in ours because we love them spicy!

Morocco was super interesting. I'm an olive fan and Morocco olives are the best I've ever tried (and I've tried a lot!) Fatima was so lovely and such a spectacular guide and we much preferred the Fes medina to Marrakech's.

I recommend you to do a tour trough Rabat. I am sure you Will like it. Another city wich I think is worth to visit is Taroudant ...ohhhh my god the bissara soup my favourite soup..this makes me really hungry 🤣. Just 2 days ago I came back from 1 month in Kenitra but didn't eat the bissara InshaAllah within 2 months I go back to✈️🇲🇦. Keep up the good work. Looking forward to a video from Taroudant and Rabat❤️
Hi! We did spend some time in Rabat and liked it very much too! We didn't make any videos there though 😢 And yes we will certainly be missing bissara now that we are no longer in Morocco. We had to leave because visas expire. On to new adventures, hope you follow along!
We are so lucky! And we heard that Fez was an amazing place to taste the Moroccan food, and we didn't know where to go so we hired our fantastic guide. We would never have tried some of the delicious food without Fatima's excellent guidance.

Fes the ancient city of Morocco the best food in Morocco is in fes they are know for the quality texture creativity for us Moroccan Fes is where u get everything that spread through Morocco beside some dishes that are like local but over all Fes is top Clarifying eating with horses around yes in Fes old city where the street are narrow goes from 4 feet to 7 feet widest that the only way to do delivery of good that feed the city that is big where u will get lost ,
