Robert De Niro, Meryl Streep, and Christopher Walken, early in their careers. The minimal dialogue works to it's benefit because the acting is so good. The first time I heard Beethoven's 6th symphony was Edward G. Robinson's death scene in Soylent Green. Didn't know what it was at the time but I loved it from first listen. Also found out years later that Robinson died shortly after that, and everybody on set especially his co-star in that scene knew he was dying. It's sad that movie gets reduced to a catch phrase when it has so much going for it besides. If anything It's themes are more relevant today.

Last time we listened to the soundtrack,was in his room in the hospice,with the lights dimmed,just a few days before he passed.

Those are my two top nominations.

In "Ninja commandments", the bandana saying "ninja" is what kills me. It's there so people don't think he is a baker. Also, "Birdemic" is the best "space invaders" movie ever.

There is a trend right now in the US, where really shitty movies are popular, because so many are big budget studio movies with all of the finish. Seeing a movie shot on cheap equipment for household budget is pretty great. The horrible cinematic finish is appealing, because it's rare, and entertaining. I don't know if that's what's going on with any of the movies shown here, but it's a real thing.
Okay I really need to see the bird movies and Samurai Cop. They looked hilarious. The most recent movie I have seen with amusingly bad acting (also just outright bad acting lol) is Llamageddon. Also, though it is from a video game, the live action intro of the original Resident Evil is absolute gold. 😂 You can find clips of it on this site. My favorite movie I thought had great acting was Everything Everywhere All At Once. That movie is fantastic.
