NWILL 2024: PR5 Can we keep the fridge? - Transforming a nontraditional space

In February 2023, the University RSS office was informed that by July it would be relocated from an office space to the library breakroom/lunchroom, losing 200 sqft in the progress. The department would be provided with minimal funds to upgrade technology for the new space, but little else for the move. This session will discuss the department's initial response to the move, the repurposing of existing furniture, and the efficiencies/inefficiencies discovered along the way. The presenters will include information on timelines, interior design, and yes… answer the question of “did they get to keep the fridge.”
