@lockoshamface he came to my school a while ago but talks very differently to the way he does on YT, I think his talk was mainly about how drug use is wrong and dangerous and can land you in prison, talking about how many lives he has seen ruined by drugs, how his career as a successfull stockbroker was ruined by his route into drugs and the trade, how the glamerised life of drugs is not realistic of the real life.

It is still a conspiracy. That word doesn't mean that something isn't factual or that it has to be a far reaching speculation. When people make secret plots to bring about the New World Order or want to assassinate someone etc. then 'conspiracy' is the exact right word to use.
