Well I am not aware of the different models you have mentioned. But will give my general view. If you are buying the cycle for exercise then you certainly do not need an electric cycle. If your terrain is flat without many steep climbs then you can do without gears too. Suspension is also not needed. Make sure you add a cycle steam extender that will improve your cycling comfort. Or even better would be to buy a cycle which by default supports upright cycling posture.
If your daily travel distance is long then you can go with it as it has got a higher battery pack. But the front suspension will only be useful if you are planning to do a lot of off-roading. For road travel the suspension might create problems because usually they are very sensitive and even move when you apply breaks. B2 comes for 25K and S4 is 28K. I am a bit skeptical about the suspension it might create more problems than solve the issue of jerks. If you are confident with your cycling skill you can stand on pedals to avoid the jerks.
If there is no LCD display how can rider get current updates regarding speed, distance travelled while riding? Does it have any battery level indicator? Please revert.
There is an LED battery level indicator as shown in the video. For the remaining information of speed distance for me that information is not essential you can go for the higher variant if you require that info.
You have to purchase it separately in the entry variant. It also comes with a 3 level pedal assist switch. The horn is of no use as it sound is very low.

I know it's a non removable battery varient but is it easily removable like geekay e cylces?

It takes 3-4 hrs to completely charge the battery from zero. The range of the cycle is 20- 25 km in throttle mode for the 5.8 mah battery variant.
