What I liked most about this roleplay was that she seems so naturally unconfident but still trying to make a friend, that makes me remembers os my school times. I was just like that. It's so cute
-Hey teacher. Who's the new girl? Teacher: What new girl? -Some new girl came out of no where, sat down with me at lunch and began to eat a bag of pistachios. Teacher: Did you say pistachios? Oh...that poor girl choked on a pistachio and passed away 10 years ago. So you've seen her too huh?
these no reply comments make me feel like a part of me is missing for some reason. It's like having an itch in your leg but not knowing exactly where it is.
The comment section is actually the reflection of this video. Strangers meeting for a short and very appreciated period of time together. Even though the company of each other felt good those who initiated a conversation were left without a reply. However, they knew that this silence was also the answer they wanted the most.
i had never eaten a pistachio before i saw this video and for days after i watched it for the first time i was captivated with the thought of eating pistachios... now pistachios are one of my favorite snacks and never fail to satisfy my hunger. this pistachio girl single handedly saved a picky eater from years of hunger. thank you.
I think the reason a lot of ppl t finding this video off is a combo of the way she’s dressed, that she’s alone in the woods, she has a bag of only pistachios, the way she’s talking seems very robotic, and the color of the video is very drab and grey. And then u scroll down to the comments and see that they all hav no reply’s for some reason.
I know everyone else is already talking about this but the comment thing is really weird but I don’t care. It’s nice, everyone with their own thoughts, no one disagreeing or fighting or being weird. It’s refreshing.
...I've seen a lot of asmr in my day, but I gotta say, this was definitely one of the most captivating that I've seen. Couldn't take my eyes off you. The dialogue was perfect, the look was perfect, the sounds were perfect...I'm thoroughly impressed and am sad that I will never see this character again.
This was actually hilarious and oddly comforting. I loved the line about there being enough pistachios for about five creatures and enjoying eating lunch alone with the trees, very relatable. After so much self isolation from quarantine, depression and anxiety, I'm really glad I stumbled upon this. Very cute.
This is adorable. It's very close to that ideal dreamy experience of school that I was always wishfully over-laying over the bore and nastiness of my actual school life, back inna day.
My lucky day. Not usually an ASMR fan but this appeared in my YT recs and am absolutely blown away. A completely mesmerising film from beginning to end. There's a dream-like transcendence enhanced by the faultless acting, the setting, the clothes, the voice and not least the totally natural dialogue - which I can only assume is improvised. Bravo, Ruby. I salute your talent. You deserve an ASMR Oscar for this one.
Is everyone going to ignore just how spot-on the acting is here? I could actually believe for a minute this was a legitimate little girl. It's amazing.
Why do none of the comments have any replies?
Wtf

Who is more lonely:
A girl eating pistachios, talking to a camera in the Woods
Or
Me watching her.
I think us. She made this knowing others will watch. We watched this knowing no one else has too. *starts crying*
Her back must hurt from carrying this entire conversation
I’m just gonna wait until she leaves so I can eat the shells... 👀
New girl sits on the table
Me: *starts to sweat*

Your offering of pistachios is appreciated, welcome to the Tunnel Snakes
Everything about this, the comments, the video, the atmosphere, just everything gives me huge David Lynch vibes.
I love it.
We out here in the middle of nowhere like we’re in the courage the cowardly dog show
There’s a really strong sense of innocence here and it makes me wanna be a better person
This video has the best comment section I have ever seen
I've never wanted to protect anything so precious and innocent in my life.
*Poppy, is that you?*

This comment section is so crowded and lonely at the same time 😬
Imagine seeing this girl eating pistachios out of a bag and talking to a camera alone in the woods....XD
This may be just an innocent roleplay but something about this video seema extremely off.
Girl: **sits at my table**
Me: "Don't do that. Don't give me hope."
The lack of replies in this comment section startle me..
*_Poppy before the accident._*
I must admit, the urge to reply is unbearable, but I will resist, and so should you
why does her lunch bag consist of just pistachios
Poppy’s long lost sister
She's making a proper mess of that table, damn.
And that, kids, is how I met your mother.
So this is what romance anime is like in real life.

Probably a witchcraft school

“I’m eating pistachios, do you want some?”
Me, being deathly allergic to pistachios, am scared.
Why do I go to school in the forest
Her shy and timidness is so unbelievably adorable, shes so pure i love it

There is no time for pistachios. A settlement is in trouble and needs your help. Here, I’ll mark it on your map.
I'm sensing a Luna Lovegood vibe here.
TH-cam: Would you like to watch a girl eat pistachios for 8 and a half minutes and talk about an imaginary high school!?
Me: Ok.

Me and my awkward being trying to make small talk: Did you ever hear the tragedy of Darth Plagueis the Wise?
I used to just bring a bag of pistachios to work and eat them for like 20 minutes, and people always were like "Oh there he is with his pistachios!"
The comment section looks like its straight out of 2009 with the no replies.
This comment section scares me

I feel like I was just admitted in Hogwarts and Luna Lovegood wanted to be my friend.
The combination of no reply comments and the unsettling atmosphere of the video makes me feel uncomfortably relaxed
