Can be really variable - from formal wear to relaxed! If you can, looking at conference photos from previous years can help see what people are wearing. In general, I tend to wear comfortable trousers/skirt, usually shoes or more formal trainer-type, a non logo top and always carry a blazer/jacket (smart and good for air-con rooms)! I also think that as long as I am neat and tidy, than the science I am sharing is the most important bit 😊
