How i tend to think of this is that given their history of making games for arcade stores and all that (which don't look THAT graphically appealing to begin with), this game looked better, at least to whoever decided to make this game? So that should explain the shitty quality, that on top of the already declining quality of the F&F series over the years. (I mean has there been a good F&F movie after Tokyo Drift?).
All i can say is that if you are looking for a good F&F gaming experience, try The Fast And The Furious Tokyo Drift, it is the best game so far, and not just to F&F standards but overall the game is amazing.
